SpringHill Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs Downtown

The pool and hot tub was always clean and we enjoyed them multiple times.

1. we left one morning and asked to have our room cleaned.We were gone for 6 hours and came back to a dirty room. 2.I was working out @ 3am &found out the bathroom was locked. Why would you have a 24 hour gym andnot have the bathroom available for people?

Location, but the room was facing the street which was noisy.

No room service at all even if you request one. Parking is terrible; they give you a card to access the parking lot but once you get there it doesn¿t work! Waste of money and time.

Homeless man was sleeping outside my room, my truck didn’t fit in the parking garage, handicap room so the entire bathroom floor got wet after every shower and would stay wet my entire stay, over priced for quality of stay

Location is good, Staff are friendly and helpful

Pool was not full to correct level, hot tub had brown stains on perimeter to a point that was noticeable.

Clean, convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many choices and food was fresh.

Decent check in service, friendly. Decent bar with good choices of wines for this style of place.

Breakfast was terrible and particularly for GF. Could not drink the coffee.Convoluted (2 separate hotels in 1), getting to restaurant and bar etc.

Nice carpet in hallway.

They didn’t give us the room we reserved. Instead gave us a handicap room, bed 2’ off floor, water ran all over bathroom floor. Also, came back to room at 4:15 after site seeing, no housekeeping. Had to track her down to get fresh towels.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, smelled good in rooms and even in hallways, luxury!

The beds are comfortable and the location is great. Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The front desk staff was amazing!!!

The bathroom is not designed/maintained, The free breakfast was fine but asked three times for silverware and syrup. Received two plastic forks and syrup never was refilled. The restaurant is very over priced!

Need a better breakfast - selection, higher quality food, space to eat

No closet or wardrobe in my room. No hangers or hooks on wall to hang my jacket or shirts.

Love the modern design, large gym, and different breakfast items each day.

I didn’t like the every other day cleaning. If I only stayed one night you would clean the room after me so why not clean daily.

Bad safety protocol

Safety procedures! Fire alarm went off, guests were evacuated, and then we heard "thru the grapevine" it was a false alarm. NEVER was there anything official saying it was okay to return to rooms

For the most part, everything.

I booked a king suite (supposedly with a city view) and was switched to a double queen with a view of the wall of the adjacent building - a little disappointing.
