They told us at checkin that there was a happy hour at the rooftop bar. When I went to the rooftop bar, they told me that the happy hour was only M-F.

Daily breakfast prepared by Loonu was amazing!! Rooftop bar every evening for complimentary happy hour. Smiling professionals from the front desk!! Great Gym! Loved the executive suite! Great location!!

One-star experience at four-star price

One-star experience at four-star price. Sterile room, obvious that no emphasis was placed on a quality customer experience, from entrance, to greeting, to in-room experience. This is a perfect example of cutting every corner in expenses to be profitable. Dispassionate staff, cheap materials, cookie-cutter low-budget investment that takes the customer out of the equation.

Clean, comfortable, perfect for a 2 night stay.

Paying $21 per night for parking.

All 4 days of my trip had to ask for cleaning service to bring a town didn’t clean rooms not once I was there

Everything was super clean and neat. I also loved the free breakfast which was an added bonus. The roof top bar is beautiful & the fitness center is very nice.

More gluten free/dairy free options for those with food intolerances/allergies.

Room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly.y and helpful. We arrived at night so the view of mountains when we opened the blinds in the morning was a lovely surprise.Good selection for breakfast.

Room very small. View was nonexistent. Guess we should have specified we had never been to Colorado Springs. A view of something besides a roof and anther section of building would have been nice. Our wooden bar soap holder was nasty. Rotting and leaving a wet rotting residue on the sink. Other than that, bath room clean and had nice shower.

the restaurant and bar had scheduled waterline maintenance and the front desk was not aware of the adjusted hours of service so I was misinformed! And there could’ve been some sort of notice given to guest that the morning Water in the sink and shower would be discolored because of that waterline maintenance!

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were modern and clean.
