Old and tired property poor breakfast

Lots of area to move around. Very comfortable. Peaceful.

Our mistake not thinking about it being a 2 day holiday period. Of course they staff wouldn't be having so no breakfast available next day. It would have been nice to be reminded bring food or not eat.

The separate rooms so our family would feel comfortable.

The heat would not go higher. It was really cold at night. No breakfast Christmas Day-ok to give staff break, but it would have been nice to provide something since we paid for breakfast for 4 adults. Even hot water for tea would have been nice.

The layout with a kitchenette.

I had a true bug or something crawl on my lap on my next to last day. I was sitting on the couch.

The room was adequate.

Room cleaning is every other day but they did not clean the room on day 2. Offered to clean it the next day but that was our departure day.

Nice suite nice area

No breakfast VERY disappointed. Staff told me there would be breakfast even on thanksgiving morning before I booked the reservation.

Breakfast was great, location was quiet, room was clean and comfortable

Suite with two televisions was good, all amenities were good. breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Charged me an extra 50 dollars as a damage deposit which said would be returned. Has not been returned. Also no receipt provided. No staff available for checkout. Will wait a few more days to see if they return the money.

Location was in a beautiful area. The building itself was beautiful, clean, and inviting.

Didn¿t receive the room paid for and the room was dirty. The GM refused to move us as well.

room was dirty, filthy, sheets with yellow spots, hair on bathroom floor, bath tub, dirty dishes with dried out food leftovers, greasy fridge. Disgusting and disturbing. Staff was not able to resolve issues as there was no manager and no housekeeping.

Two glasses and one cup were chipped at the level where your lip could get injured. I sent them back to get a replacement which was done immediately, thank goodness. Furniture was too big and so you couldn't open the fridge easily. Furn. was getting old.

The room size was huge, family of 6 fit with room to spare. Breakfast was large.

Parking is a extra fee & the pet fee is a little high.

The room was large and comfortable.

The fixtures in the bathroom need some repair but we’re still operable.

Double charged us for the rooms now we have to deal with trying to get our money back (week later hasn't happened yet.....)

proximity to Apple Store where I needed to go next morning. However, another closer and cheaper hotel didn't show up in my search. Garden Inn, also Hilton. I would have preferred to stay here, at a much lower price.

The shower head diverter valve on the tub spout was jammed or broken. I alerted the management and they took sent their maintenance man when we checked out. This kind of defect should not go unattended so long as I suspect it did.

The room had separate living area from the bedroom and a fully functional kitchen. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher and sink. Also the kitchen had a full compliment of dishes, utensils and pots.

Kitchenette sink was broken, breakfast/food was horrid, someone vomited in the elevator/and stairwell and the staff never cleaned it properly so we had to smell vomit, other guests were very loud/rude staff wouldn't quiet them down, manager made excuses
