It had a kitchen but it definitely needed cleaned first

The parking lot security was opening people's doors getting, in their cars, and thentried to call the cops on me because I took down their license plate number because they were in normal clothes like the one was wearing shorts and flip flops

Was charged twice, had to buy own bedding cause there's was dirty, wore shoes the whole time cause floors were sticky, had a weird smell, luke warm water, no water pressure, dried food on walls.

The large rooms and the clean floors and high level of security

Lack of towels, no person at the desk for check-in, random disabled cars in the parking lot, other guests being very involved in everyone's business, random gatherings for dog playdates or smoking after hours in the parking lot right under the windows

Listed as having a kitchen and a coffee maker. No pots, pans, silverware and no coffee maker.

If anything the front desk was the only thing please pleasant

The room had a bad oder of dog breath. The surprise of a $100 deposit wasn't great. The window had a leak in it so traffic and the wind was heavy

absolutely nothing

Everything is filthy, dope foils and vagrants in the stairwell, no working security doors, very rude staff, no parking lot lights, thieves, dealers and hookers stalk the parking lot, we got our truck broken into and stuff stolen.

dog barking 1st night,someone knocked on that room door and said,People are trying to sleep here. Next night at midnight dog barking on and on , I went next door #428 and knocked and went back to mt room #426. They tried getting in my room after that

The nite front desk girl was awesome considering she was lacking info bout empty rooms an clean rooms but she was good at her job n got us a room after 3 tries

No maid service seemed like to me

The room was absolutely disgusting. Everything was so dirty. We went and bought our own cleaning supplies and the floor was black it was so dirty! No staff was available since check in. There was trash and dirty clothes all over the hallways and stairwel

Nothing at all

it only had two towels and when we asked for towels front desk clerk said we had to wait until 10am the next day. also in the early morning we were all sleeping all the lights turned on. there was all so mouse traps and people outside smoking a crack pipe

the front desk lady was nice and very helpful.

reservation got canceled and had to pay extra to book again.found roaches, microwave didn¿t work, not clean at all. would¿ve booked somewhere else if we would¿ve known how bad it was.

It was filthy! Our room wasn't cleaned before we checked in. I sent timestamp photos to the manager. We left within 15 minutes and went to a different hotel.

too bad hotel, no AC , i asked the front desk about that and they don't care. sheets never washed bad smell overall the motel

3 of pillows had large stains that looked like blood. 3 pillows on each bed instead of 4. Only 2 bath towels, no hair dryer or coffee maker in the room. Batteries for the TV remote were dead. 3 of the 4 drawers were broken. 2 lights didn¿t work.

Cigarette smoke from the guests next door morning and evening all through the stays. 2 nights of loud tv and talk from them, dog crying, cuzzing, yelling, fighting until 1:30am. Police came. Security came.

The cost is the only thing that was appealing.

There were roaches in the bathroom and bedding was tattered and didn¿t look clean. In a sketchy part of Colorado Springs. We checked out the next day. No refund for our 8 night plans. We didn¿t even stay the night.

Yes. t was sold as a 3 star. 2 Stars would be generous. No carpet in rooms or hotel; no lobby or foyer; Small reception office which was closed most of the time; no coffee in room or hotel at all; no shampoo, lotion, hair dryer in room; one small bath tow

Remotely quiet...

The staff is rarely there to help you, the prices are way too expensive for such a small room, we had plumbing issues the 1st 4 weeks there, there are loud weekend parties at night, NOTHING is ever cleaned properly, too much of a hassle registering...

Didn’t have to pay for parking

There were kids jumping around and stomping above us and we called down to have them tell them to be quiet and they didn’t it got worse. There were a lot of people lurking in the parking lot, gave us an uneasy feeling

It was accommodating
