The room was layed out weird! Three lightbulbs were burnt out. Found cookies under a chair!

Great location. Clean sheets.

Slow internet. Outdated furniture. Exposed power strips with multiple plugs make it unsafe for young children. Very expensive for what you get. Mainly paying for the location.

Staff was helpful. The parking garage is a great perk. This location is close to downtown and within convenient walking distance. I love the ambiance of the adjacent creek. Castaways Cove restaurant provides room service.

Be advised that there is no AC in this establishment. The layout of the bathroom door was a bit awkward, having to walk the door all the way open in order to get out through the doorway. The lighting was a bit dark/dim.

Location was great - 1 minute walking to downtown with the river right out the window. Good, hot jacuzzis.

They were working on the floor above & really noisy until well after 6pm. Quiet for sleeping though.

Location was great. And it had a lot of space.

The master bed was comfortable. We got the larger unit as there were 4 of us with my son and his girlfriend. The pull out bed was horrible. It literally didn¿t lay flat - had your feet up and head down. And had huge lumps and bumps.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Was very close to downtown. Walking distance to everything. Very friendly and helpful at check in. Did not include breakfast. However, staff did recommend a great place that was very close. Comfortable beds.

Poor service, stag would forget details and were slow with requests, they seemed under staffed, did not answer front desk phone at times.

Rooms were poorly furnished, shower head and toilet were broken, we were missing body cream in the room. Hotel rooms looked too old for Star level

The close location to Main Street and the Blue River being right outside the east side.

It was very hot trying to sleep in the 1 bedroom loft since there is no A/C in these rooms with no windows to open in the loft, and hot air rises. Even keeping a fan on with windows open downstairs made sleeping on top of the blankets necessary all night.

1). HOT TUBS AND POOL VERY CLEAN AND SMELLED FRESH 2). STAFF AT FRONT DESK VERY HLPFUL WITH PARKING, BIKES, DIRECTIONS, AND IN GENERAL VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND ACCOMMODATING, ESPECIALLY FOR MY WIFE WHO ARRIVED WELL AFTER MIDNIGHT.

My room's windows & doorwall were literally on the driveway where everyone parks to register and anyone that is walking by can see you as if you are standing next to each other. Also, Huge security hazard! Windows and doors have to remain shut.

Location was great. Quick walk to shops and restaurants and pretty setting by the river walk. Free underground parking was great. Room was great.

Tv Sound was terrible in room. Room got a little warmer than expected due to heat and no ac but did cool off.

Very comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, even items that I would not have expected. Plenty of extra pillows blankets Etc also.

Was not expecting such a tiny room. Would NOT recommend for a family. Shower curtain was disgusting with grease spots all over it. Shower wouldn’t drain the first day.

Problems with room heat control cause the room to be too hot even with thermostat turned to low

It did have great amenities. The location is ideal

The room was very small. I kept hitting the dresser as I walked around the bed. Few creamers for coffee I was surprised there wasn't a breakfast option
