Great ski studio one block from Main Street with shared pool and hot tub

The location was the best and within close walking distance to downtown. The hotel was clean and the bed was cozy and comfortable.

Other than waking up in Breckenridge this hotel had little to offer. Old rooms, broken amenities, less than helpful staff. I will do my best to avoid this hotel in the future.

The TV streaming would not connect. The front desk told me they are having issues with certain rooms. The remote needed new batteries.

This hotel is set along the creek that runs through Breckenridge with a bridge that connects you to the main strip. It was so convenient. I also loved the hot tub/sauna option.

To get any type of service (towel, turn down, etc) was an additional fee.

The hotel was walking distance to downtown. They also could store our luggage after check out until we were able to travel later in the day. The desk staff were helpful. Tea and coffee are available in the lobby. Our room was clean.

The room was by far the smallest hotel room I have stayed in the US. The carpets in the hallway are old, run down and look dirty. The room price was high for the condition of the hotel and room. size. The bed mattress was very soft and needs replacing.

It's a great place. Staff is great. Rooms are awesome. Amenities are good. The gyms equipment sucks but the sauna steam room and hot tub in the gym make up for it.

We were not told about ongoing renovations. We were awakened to banging and clanging ladders each day of our stay. The work was supposed to be done before July ended. We woke up to workers in our windows and on our balcony!

Back to the river and right in the middle of town. We walked everywhere it was awesome.

The milk and food items were VERY expensive. I went to City Market which was only .5 miles aways.

Easy walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Nice little kitchenette in the room with coffee maker. Convenient snacks/drinks in lobby for sale if in need of something quick. Parking garage

The elevator is super slow and becomes an inconvenience. If you arrive late and is a busy weekend any remaining spot in the parking garage are small and frustrating to park in. The side doors on the outside to get back in had broken key sensors.

River Mtn Lodge is a very nice facility, our room was very nice with a lot of amenities, and the location can't be beat. Overall our stay was perfect.

No a/c so room was hot due to afternoon sun on a warm August day. We opened 1 window (the other one had a stuck latch) and the sliding door and used a small fan. It was cool enough by night. They really should add stringed party lights on the patio area.

The rooms were extremely hot even when the weather outside was 50deg F. Had to open the window but the courtyard was extremely bright.

Walls were paper thin so you could hear everyone above you. The room and bed were very small for 2 people. A/C didn¿t work, the room was very hot.

Great location for skiing back from mountain-trail ends literally across street from the hotel. 1 block off Main St. I appreciated the garage secure parking, ample luggage carts, helpful staff. Restaurant and bar are right in the hotel

The resort fee is excessive ($--- on an $--- booking), and I didn't even use the pool, spa, etc etc.

Room was not as advertised, advertised as multi bedroom/bathroom and it was not. Bathroom had a Barndoor (not a regular door that closed), the door gapped at both ends and was not private. Hotel also did not have a designated smoking area or breakfast

The location was perfect. The lodge had all the amenities we wanted. The room was a great size and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean.

I DID NOT LIKE THAT I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 FOR FEES AS I RESERVED THEY SAID WITH A THIRD PARTY SO THEY NEEDED TO CHARGE ME THE EXTRA MONEY. THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF GETTING ANY DISCOUNTS.
