Very helpful staff.

The first room we were given was one with no air conditioning. This was not specified when we booked the room. Resort staff moved us to another room the next day which saved our Breckenridge stay.

That is was at the base of the mountain and the free shuttle rides around town.

We did not like our location, facing the highway. Also, we could not get the tv to work correctly. It would have been nice to be able to watch local news but there was no instruction on running the tv.

Beautiful, spacious, wonderfully furnished condo's with fantastic views and premium features. Gondola access is onsite. Upscale condo property with access to nearby sister property. Sevens restaurant is walking distance and delicious!

Cleanliness. Well-equipped kitchen. Second bathroom. Quiet: no sound from guests or equipment within the hotel.

Nighttime room temperature too high - control non-functioning. Several amenities unavailable (attributed to COVID, but clearly to minimize staffing). Street noise excessive.

I called at 11:30 and asked when check in was. Checked In at hotel in town. Was told the hotel was informed but not to check in til 3:00 as they called to check on room. Got to the hotel at three and they were still cleaning and cleaners were mad

The jacuzzi was only outside and only warm, not hot. The shuffleboard an pool are belong to the neighboring resort and are off-limits. CPL staff suggested that we ask them, so when they turned us down to use the shuffleboard - it felt awkward.

Location is great--the free transportation into town is great and it served as a great central base for exploring town and also outside of Breckenridge--easy drives to great hiking and rafting and exploring Colorado. Room was very nice.

The staff was young and rushed--didn't help solve any problems and closed the front desk early every night. We arrived later (10:30), but before the lobby closed (at 11:00)--and the woman attending the desk was walking to lock the doors as we closed.

Very spacious room, beautiful views, quiet. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were very impressed with what you get for the price. We'll definitely be back.

We didn't plan enough time to fully enjoy everything. So much to see and do.

It was a beautiful lodge in a beautiful setting. The room had everything we could have wanted or needed. The regular amenities were great but the extra amenities like free shuttle service, bowling alley & media center were awesome!

Purchasing of ski lift is a must when you are in this location. No free skiing near the site.
