- The water in the shower would not get hot the air conditioner was not working blowing out hot air when it was on cool there where several things broke. In the room the water from the shower leaked into the bedroom the manager niel told me he could not do anything for me it was my anniversary 28 years yes we go up every year we will never ever use lady luck hotels again or play there and I'm telling everyone i know about my experience

Nice location
House keeping tried to push our door open at 8am. They knocked and entered didn't even announce themselves. I kept yelling when they knocked "HELLO". NOT HAPPY....Check out is by 11. They shouldn't be barging in before that! Also ligjt in the bedroom was going out it was like a strobe light...
