La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Yucaipa

The young lady who checked is in was professional, polite and empathetic to my issue (broken leg). She found us a great room.

Our room only had one chair.

Friendly and cleaniness

Our room was only stocked once. The other days I had to go to front desk to get towels, Kleenex, toilet paper and trash was not thrown out

The staff and location were awesome. I also appreciated their going above and beyond by allowing me to check-in early and upgrading me yo a suite.

The building itself was new but seemed to have been thrown together. The television lost signal frequently and then stay that way for 10-15 mins at a time. The gym equipment has not been maintained very well, and neither of the tvs worked.

This hotel is fairly new and quite clean. The Front Desk person was very friendly and found us a room even though we were quite early. Our room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was typical for these hotels and quite good.

Stairwell closest to the pool. The hotel stores all the pool chemicals under the main floor stairs, in a secure cage, but the chemical smell is quite intense and not entirely healthy I would think. Consider making it a solid room and vent it outside.

Yucaipa has changed a great deal since the 1980's when my husband graduated from high school. This new La Quinta hotel far exceeded his expectations for Yucaipa. It is beautiful. Excellent room, lobby, weight room, buffet, and service.

room dirty, sofa frayed dirty, stove top dirty, furnishings old. phone dirty. no one being checked for quality of cleaning. Key not needed to access floors. shuttle smelled like toilet. Driver very professional

This hotel appeared to have been recently renovated; the room and common areas were well appointed.

The walls were thin but this is an issue w/most hotels.

Looked new and smelled clean.

I liked everything and also like the breakfast.

This la Quinta is new...opened just under a year ago. Our room was large and the bed was great. It was also dark and quiet at night. The standard breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs and sausage links, waffles etc. was offered.

The hotel does not have a restaurant and there are none within walking distance.

Nice facility and good location for our trip.

Toilet paper roll holder did hold the roll. Trash cans inside and outside our room needed to be emptied more often.

The property itself is beautiful and brand new.

The breakfast is mediocre..it would almost be better to not have breakfast than this one. Or upgrade your food quality and have a markedly better overall experience. Additionally, having a "resort fee" is a lame excuse for hiding room cost.
