No liquid pumps in shower with bodywash, shampoo & conditioner, no lotion tubes, & no nonslip mat in tub

The location, pool, and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well-maintained.

The cleanliness of the room and the fact that it needed some major updates. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and there was no bedspread, only sheets, and a blanket! Half the tv channels listed in the guide could not even be viewed.

Very basic, keept me warm and dry.

Ath first the room wasn't ready.then my reservation wasn't recognized by the desk. Somebody was being arrested by police right outside in the parking lot . Noisy upstairs all day walking and pounding on floor and walls .

I chose this hotel because of it¿s close proximity to Topanga Canyon. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking.

It met all my needs.

The motel looks a lot nicer than it actually is. It¿s an old motel and you can hear everything going on next door. The parking lot was behind my room so I could hear car noise. The man in the office wasn¿t very nice.

Best experience so far this year, great customer service and The room was cleanand very relaxing. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants.

The room absolutely reeked of smoke (we had reserved a non-smoking room). I asked the clerk about it, he offered a smoking room. There were no bedspreads on the beds (just sheets) the clerk said that the was the newly remodeled look.

Clean, Everything worked, Very standard. Manager had interesting history and was helpful in locating a restaurant/event I was supposed attend.

Parking was tight, but enough spaces. No breakfast, coffee was good but only available in lobby.

The location, the bed was very confortable and the lady as customer services was super nice, friendly, ready to help with anything.

Yes, there was not any plugs by the desk for my computer neither by the bed to charge my phone.

It's location, and the burger joint called Boulevard Burgers that it shared a tiny little parking lot with.

Rude desk clerk that acted put out to do his job. There was a gate at the back of the place that was 5 feet from where I had to park my car, that was always locked which made it so that I had to walk a relatively long way each

I reservd one king bed room but they gave me a Queen be room.that is very small for us.

The room and the surrounding hotel were spotless. The attention to detail was apparent in the hotel. The staff was very friendly. We love the location close by to the Getty and Malibu. We will return.
