AC fan too loud, spider webs hanging from ceiling, hair in bed and no elevator. I was also bitten by spider on my face.

As with any Hotel, the staff can make or break the place. The night clerk, who checked us in at the midnight hour was pleasant and helpful and went out of his way to help us with Our difficult to park vehicles. Friendly. Breakfast was great too

Thick towels, good pillows and extra ones, 24 hour coffee, beautiful indoor pool. Location by freeway and resturants

Pool was closed for maintenance on a summer weekend. Breakfast was not restocked at 8am, so just toast and waffles. And power to waffle maker and toaster kept going out.

We loved everything. Food, room cleaniness..the staff. Will stay again.

No. It was perfect

Hotel staff at check in very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable.

Even though we asked them not to clean our room because we had business information on desk and computers, they continued each day to come in our room and clean and make beds when we were gone.

Was out of soap in rooms, brought us a shampoo bottle. Breakfast was as bad as it could get, out of bagels and other items. Kept making excuses, that their orders didn?t arrive.

Upon checking in there was a cockroach on the lobby floor and we found 3 more in out hotel room I will never stay there again

The rooms are remodeled.

Opened while remodeling, very dirty throughout the hotel. No fart fans in bathrooms, refrigerators that don't work correctly, A/C's that don't work correctly as well. Poorly finished doors and walls in some rooms. And paper-thin walls. Staff is very nice!

What a great surprise--complete renovation is almost finished. Old, bad reviews now out-of-date. Room would not have been out of place in a hotel at four times the price. Outside very brightly lit. Memory foam mattress was great.

Cleaning could have been more thorough.

It was under construction which was not mentioned during booking. The rooms look like they were updated but lots of cons to them.

At midnight trying to sleep and there was construction going on. All we could hear is sawing and vacuuming. The halls were covered in drywall dust and paint. The electric outlets in the room did not work. Many other con.

It was not a lot of traffic. A lot of privacy because no one wants to stay there and you don¿t me. I need ID to check in.

My rooms are not clean. Anyone can have access to your mom¿s long as she didn¿t know your name. They don¿t vacuum there¿s mold in the bathroom and they do not serve breakfast like they advertise the gym yes service I like they advertise. It¿s very un

They lied about serving hot breakfast they just had 2 type of snacks.

The carpet and window covers had numerous stains and definitely wasn¿t a 2 1/2 star place. Continental breakfast was a coffee and packed sweets. Will never stay at this place again.

It's location is good, but that's it.

Dirty room, nothing for breakfast except coffee and oatmeal. Room had broken fixtures, most lights didn't work as well. Room also smelled horrible. This was the third room I went to after the first had a broken bed frame.

This is our fourth visit to this hotel. There was absolutely NOTHING BEST about this stay.

Pool was green,tiles coming up & out of commission. Not stated on website. Washer/dryer out of service. No coffee available for room coffee makers. Wall paper coming off of the walls. Floor not vacuumed. Headboard not dusted. Sofa stains. Photos avail.

The proximity to Thunderhill Raceway was good.

Pool was not clean and hallway smelled very stuffy.
