The hotel could not find my reservations, the room smell of smoke even though I requested a non smoking room. There was no ice maker available. The air conditioner did not work.

The bed was nice

Drawers were dirty. One side lamp did not work. bathroom counter on the sides were not clean. the staff did not know how to key a card for a multiple night stay so I had to go in every night to get a key card rekeyed. no ice available in ice dispenser.

The toilet had rust stains, I got attitude when I asked for additional towels, the vent fan in the bathroom was loaded with dirt.

Easy parking

We were only given one key. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling above the shower. We were put next to a smoking room and the smoke from the neighbor tracked its way into out room. My husband and i both woke up hacking. The coffee was gross too.

The location, OK price for what you get.

Ice machine did not work total bummer thank goodness it was not summer. No hair dryer had to buy one. Bedding did not smell fresh. Some lights did not work.

No lamps, no coffee maker, the air conditioner did not get the room as cool as the temperature. The curtains were torn, we were told it was recently updated, the room we were in was not totally. There was a dirty wash cloth on the top of the shower. There was a dirty wash cloth hand toyon the floor with. Hair on it, and there was a small lizard in the bathroom.

Plumbing issues in bath tub water was going down slowly.

We had two rooms basically. Two queen sized beds. The second bed was in a little alcove with a door between the two rooms and a door that went into the shared bathroom. The door going into the bathroom needs to be shaved down so it will close. It had no window which made it extremely dark which was nice for someone who needs a dark room. Eventually there will be a tv n the added room I believe. There is a spot for it. There was a coffee maker so my traveling companion could make coffee in the morning while I continued to sleep without hearing her.

There needs to be Kleenex in the holder and extra toilet paper.

Family owned and they are all so kind. The son gave us ideas of places to see and they were all excellent. The rooms are very clean and the area is safe

Door didn't close properly, towels were old and scratchy, could really use some more updating. Pillows were completely flat

No coffee in room, no face tissue, very cold room,no heater in second room ,stains on bed spred. Hard beds. Should get some of my money back. Smoke detection disconnected.

Bed was comfortable and the staff was attentive. Shower was nice.

Brown smelly water coming from the sink but he changed our room quickly. 2nd room was smaller, lighting stark, no chair because there was no room for one.

There was no breakfast and was not expecting one. There were plenty of restraunts near by. Location was fine.

We only wish there were more plug ins for our cell phones, etc. and in more convenient place than behind the bed. Other than that we would stay there again.

Great location in the middle of various restaurants on the main strip. Great new renovations! Would definitely stay here again.

Shower heads should be updated. Sprays everywhere but on you but still manageable!

Room was a bit small and certainly needs an update. Bathroom could have been improved with new towels and clean off that vent!
