TV didn't work in the room. They quickly found another room for us. Construction going on in the room across from us.
It cleanliness was amazing, for a hotel kind of out in the middle of nowhere and all the nearby hotels fall way below par, this hotel was a breath of fresh air! Super clean and comfy.
I loved everything. It was close to WSP which is why I was here. It was clean, comfy, their free breakfast was amazing and they were next door to Denny's and Jack in the Box as well as a gas station.
Great decor. Nicely furnished. Newer hotel. Hotel itself is in good condition. Nicely maintained. Hot breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, etc.
Stayed in a King bed suite with a pull out sofa bed;2 adults. We couldn't find the sheet/blanket/pillow set for the sofa bed.Called the front desk and they REFUSED to provide it.Clerk was a real jerk;he stated we could both sleep in the King bed!

charged $10 upgrade due to having my 6 yr old,counted him as 3rd per.I have been staying at Best Western for years and never ran into this.thought it was ridiculous.They stated 2 adults and a child could not fit in a room unless upgraded.Disappointed
