- Overall the room and hotel were very clean and well maintained and most staff was very friendly and accommodating
- It was close to the University park
- Close to universal studios
Cons -
- The bed was so extremely hard I woke up at 5:30am in severe pain. Air conditioner would not stay running to cool down room. A big group of kids continuously played in the hall outside our room, running around, screaming, slamming doors, leaving popcorn.
- Housekeeping did not come to clean room and I did not have a microwave in my room
- The pool was closed
