they make you give them your personal information for wi-fi, otherwise you must pay for wi-fi. you have already paid for your room, then they want your personal info for wi-fi so they can sell it. very poor taste, boycott Hilton
Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm. We had to wait for 1 1/2 hours for our room to be ready. This was frustrating as we had a function to attend. The staff said the manager was off and he did not have the authority to help or accommodate us.

The location was nice as there was easy access to the highway and for being on a "main" street it was still pretty quiet. It was very clean and the cleaning staff was very nice. There was a nice variety of food offered at the continental breakfast.
