Starlight Inn & Suites Motel 29 Palms Joshua Tree National Park

Microwave, fridge, TV.

No hand towels or wash cloths were provided. Only one trash was available (in the bathroom). There should have been a second trash in the main room.

Infested with cockroaches. Told the staff multiple times, tried telling me they weren?t cockroaches and were normal.

The hotel staff was great at what they do.

My room was not what I wanted or asked for and they couldn't find me another room.

location as it waseasy to find and quick easy to go to sight see from too.

They were remodeling and it wasnt quite done yet but they are going a good job .

It was a nice size room with great amenities. We were relocated to the other hotel since ours had no working TV and would be on the 2nd floor. I very much appreciate the lady for helping us out.

I called to complain about a loud television thinking it was upstairs. The clerk said he'd take care of it. One hour later nothing happened so went to the person's door myself. Ended up being downstairs. The young lodger respected my wishes but after too

There were 14 dead cockroaches under the sink in the bathroom.

Location and the front desk staff. The lady was very polite and manager they deserves a raise to even just stand there and listen to all the crap that is wrong with this place, because there is a lot. SIMPLY: STAY AWAY

there is a lot. Owner is a straight up ignorant person who doesn't care for customers, doesn't overlook his property the way an owner should. BED BUG INFESTATION IN OUR ROOM. Confirmed by manager. Owner refused to deal with anything or give refund.

Motel room had everything we needed, plus microwave, fridge, stove top.

The walls need better insulation/sound proofing. Most nights were perfectly fine, but the first night a very talkative, loud family chatted away until the wee hours and we could hear almost everything they were saying.

The location is very close to Joshua Tree National Park

An ok Budget Hotel. The blankets on the bed had some bad stains on them. Not the most friendly staff either.

Check in was pretty easy

The pool is filled in, the Tv didn¿t work, the walls are so thin I could hear the couple next door and hear how much she was charging him, and the bathroom fan was so loud I didn¿t hear the maid knock or come into the room even though i hadn¿t checked out

I liked how it was close to a store and the cleanness of the hotel

The bang for your buck. Very cheap inn to stay at ¿ close to where we needed to go to meet my boyfriends dad the next day for breakfast and a hike in the park. The room was well worth the money as everything was clean, neat and just right.

Honestly no, you know what you¿re getting when booking at an Inn, and this honestly exceeded my expectations of what I was paying.

Hotel claims to be non-smoking but the rooms smelled like smoke. They said nothing can be done. Can spray a deodorizing spray to help but the room will still smell like smoke.

We were staying the night in twenty nine palms to visit our marine who lived on base. We just needed a room to sleep in and booked it last minute. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great room

The owners were so friendly and the room was spotless.

A can of soda costing $2.00 and it would only take cash. They could also have had a snack machine as well.

Comfy bed and plenty of space!

Rooms are a little outdated and cover of ac fell off

Very run down rooms, wallpaper falling off walls, dirty carpet, bed linens so old and thin you could see through them. We couldn't stay so we got a hotel in nearby town. Check in girl was very nice though.

The rooms are nice. I stay here often
