Comfy bed.

Took 15 minutes for someone to check us in, wifi didn't work the first night, scratchy and terrible towels, slimy water, clumpy and terrible pillows, no housekeeping and when went to ask for my towels for the second night we were given pool towels.

Great service, room had plenty of space, nice fridge, and nice seating areas.

The shower pipe made a high pitched noise, the sink plunger didn't work well, the coffee maker operation didn't work well, the TV was kind of small but not a problem.

It was relatively close to my son?s

No grab bars in the shower tub (there was one to get in and out) The curtains wouldn?t close all the way Didn?t get fresh towels every day

Our room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. They had an outdoor pool, which I would have LOVED to swim in - it looked so inviting - but hadn't brought my suit :(

We were supposed to have a spa in our room, there was none. The microwave was missing the glass plate.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. It was less than 10 minutes from my job.

This is not a 3-star hotel. There was no front desk staff at all! I had to check in at the motel next door. The room had a weird odor. One lamp did not work, the tv did not work, the wifi was the very inconsistent, and the bathroom was strangely humid.

Found long hairs all over the bathroom floor, had to buy ice from the front desk at the motel next door and had to pay to have your room cleaned every day¿¿.

No ice, no office area, no housekeeping, sink and tub did not drain well

The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. It fit my needs for the trip. I wasn't in the room much, just to shower, relax a bit and sleep. Appreciated the microwave and fridge! Although at cost, the breakfast options were pretty good!

The carpet looked dingy/dirty and a bit uncomfortable to walk barefoot or sit on floor. Some areas, like inside bathroom door could use paint. There was no clock. Due to limited staff it wasn't the easiest to get more amenities. Also saw a baby roach.

We didn¿t have neighbors in the other rooms

Front desk person couldn¿t help me regarding the channels because ¿he works at the other hotel¿ No coffee maker in my room but lady in the morning provided fresh coffee for me

The room was much larger than the average hotel room. Lots of space! I also had a nice view of the mountains. The restaurant downstairs was very good as well. Great service. The free tacos on Tuesday evening were definitely a plus.

The furniture was a little dated and could use an upgrade. There weren't enough towels in the bathroom.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

The hotel room was not very clean, there was blood on the pillow inside the case, no housekeeper attended to our room, the remote malfunctions, and there wasn¿t even ice available. Overpriced for absolutely no amenities.

It was a large and clean room with frig and microwave.

You had to check in at another hotel. You had to pay extra for clean towels and your trash to be emptied during your stay. They charged for ice. No breakfast or even free coffee in the lobby. The lobby was abandoned so your phone couldn't even reach help

Clean but not a good night sleep. Never thought I would complain about pillows but these pillows were so stuffed and thick that you could not lay your head on them. Very uncomfortable and my neck hurt. Other than that nothing

Did not like that there was no staff at the front desk at anytime during our two night stay. Check-in/ check-out was at the hotel next door. I had to go to the hotel next door for ice and had to pay for it.

Nothing it was just somewhere to stay being that I was many miles away from home.

The employees was very rude. Employee seen me ringing bell for service and didn't even acknowledge me standing there at window. Never came to window to see what I wanted.

Smelled like smoke and grandma perfume ... could not stay there both nights. Cigarette burns on carpet and furniture

The front desk attendant was really nice and sweet.

The smell of the hot tub was gross. Our tv said room 104 but we were room 103 and it only had one channel that worked. The remote didn¿t work at all. It smelled humid inside the room.
