No surprise fees which i got used with hotels nowadays despite what it says on contract

No Microwave in the room No non dairy milk. (I am allergic to milk).

Staff was friendly hotel was cleaned

I had a disabled room that did not have plugs near the bed for my sleep apnea machine. In addition, there were not wastebaskets in the living area or in the bathroom.

I was on the 2nd floor. Whoever was above, I could hear moving around. Woke me up in the morning. And could hear moving loud moving around throughout the day.

Hotel employee (at the front desk) was helpful and nice. The room was clean and quiet.

The desk chair was old and cracked. I think my room # was 133 or 135

Nice, clean and felt safe. Check in staff was great! Staff the following day not so much.

Staff next morning wasn't helpful at all, they were too busy socializing with each other. Waited for 40 minutes for a new pot of coffee to come out and ready when I was told 5 minutes. Coffee never came! Stayed 1 night for a family funeral.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and felt safe.

Asked for a room with pull out couch. I was told I would have one, but in check in I was told that weren't any. Room was great but disappointed about couch because after the night we realized it was a pull out couch and could have used it for the kids.

The room is nicely laid out, and the bathroom is spacious and clean.

There was noise from the refrigerator the entire night.

Bed was hard. Mini fridge not large enough to store any food items. No safe to lock up personal items. Air conditioner was quite noisy.

Every staff was respectful and the hotel rooms is very clean and modern.

The breakfast wasn’t like same because of the pandemic.the food was pre-packed.

Overall appearance is lovely. Great to have laundry facilities. Good bed and pillows. Always hot water. Plenty of towels. Front desk staff an breakfast staff were terrific. Evening desk clerk was great when we told him we hadn't had maid service.

Maidservice wasn't provided one day of our stay. No instructions were provided for accessing TV channels.

Clean modern rooms. Fantastic breakfast options. Friendly staff.

The cost of the room was higher than expected, when compared to Holiday Inn Suites, which is on par with Hampton Inns. The air at this location, constantly smells of cow manure. Very unpleasant, as soon as you step outside of the hotel.

The continental breakfast was great and the staff is super nice and helpful, the hotel inside is very clean and well kept! I enjoyed everything on the inside but unfortunately the pool area was a bust... the pumps were definitely broken or something!

On the outside of the hotel not so much... the pool area looked like it hadnt been maintained in a while and the pool was cloudy and filled with dirt and leaves and hair clumps and it was gross! My two year old son and nephew unfortunately still swam..

I liked the updated rooms and high quality sheets and linens.

Plastic cutlery and paper plates/cups at breakfast.

I reserved a 2 queen bed and when checking in I received a king. My son had to sleep on a pullout couch.

The staff was very pleasant and handled any issues we had. Also, the room was very nice.

The breakfast looked good but it was still a hotel breakfast. Eggs seemed like powdered eggs.

Hotel is very well kept. Staff are very friendly. The free breakfast is exceptional! It rotates every morning so you aren't eating the same thing every day.

There are a lot of homeless people in the area. The hotel has an awful smell. At first it smells like a harsh cleaner but after being in the room for a while it smells more like formaldehyde. I asked to change rooms and 3 other rooms had the same smell

No microwave or coffee maker in room.
