Hampton Inn & Suites Tulare

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for my needs.

The water pressure for the shower was to low to enjoy a good shower. Parking was a challenge later in the evening.

Our vehicle with belongings were stolen from Hotel parkinglot in site of security camera and hired parking lot security. Hampton Inn suits Hotel Tulare refuses to take responsibility for any such injury to their loyal guest. Hotel operates w/ no insurance

Front desk employees are very nice.

Quiet, Very Comfortable Large Room! Check in staff was outstanding! Enjoyed our stay and would return in the future!

Yes I was charged a deposit of $50.00 a day. That is not necessary. They don¿t have a mini bar. I have yet to get my deposit back. I will never stay there again

Shower doors needed more cleaning attention, and the commode made some strange noises.

Nothing absolutely. The staff are highly racist and disrespectful, especially some guy  He needs to be fired if they want to continue to be in business. Very rude and unprofessional.

the front desk ! She was the reason we turned around and came back after checking other hotels out in the area. We needed to feel SAFE¿ this hotel offered that feeling where others nearby did NOT.

The breakfast was good - rooms were quiet. We were comfortable¿ I wanted to get in the pool¿. was not as clean as it could be. I have a pool at home¿ & I know it¿s work. But I need it to be free of debris to get in.

The location is near where I grew up and conveniently located. The breakfast was great since covid stopped this option. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. And extended the upmost curticiice. And everything was clean.

Check in was a little slow but we got into our room.the breakfast bar needed a little more variety. Bagles and oranges just didn't make it.

Size of the room

Hotel charged my card twice still awaiting funds to be put in my account, not knowledgeable about fees I completely dissatisfied about my hotel stay mainly due to charges, customer services, and continental breakfast was a mess.

Either the floors were really thin or the people above us were the noisiest people in the world. I called the front desk around 11 pm for assistance and was still dealing with the noise (non-stop stomping) until after 2 am. I was on a long road trip

With young children and not getting sleep made the next day awful. Also, the water was either scalding hot or cold.

The location being set back from Highway 99 meant it was quiet. Also,the staff was excellent and the bathroom was large and clean.

The TV was way to small. 32". For a hotel like the Hampton and with TV's being so cheap this was unacceptable.

Clean and no smoke smell. Bathtub is large excellent!! V breakfast buffet was amazing included smoothies.

The only thing I did not like was that it is located between two undesirable motels. When I was driving up I noticed a man looking into cars and when he saw me he took off.
