The best ski-in ski-out experience at Tahoe. Ski valets are awesome. Food is only slightly better than ski hill cafeteria but miles better!

Not very accommodating staff. Service took way too long for anything I asked even though the hotel was at about 30% capacity.
I noticed that you did away with real tea cups in the spa Replacing them with paper cups was unexpected and disappointing from a hotel that prides itself on the best
The valet service was obnoxious. They repeatedly ask "are you sure you don't need directions" if you don't tip enough. This is on top of the ridiculous MANDATORY overnight valet fee.

The bathroom - nice soaking tub.

The valet service was obnoxious. They repeatedly ask "are you sure you don't need directions" if you don't tip enough. This is on top of the ridiculous MANDATORY overnight valet fee.
