Rodeway Inn Old Town Temecula

Location

The hotel smelled like smoke. Penetrated our clothes and everything in there smelled of smoke. We slept and left the room by 6am. Not a good experience at all and especially when getting a room w No Smoking.

It was terrible and filthy dirty room was not ready

I chose to pay at Hotel and I was charged the night before, worst hotel I have ever stayed at Room was supposed to be ready at 3 and still waiting at 4 and not ready, Disgusting dirty room towels were used no soap horrible place wish I could get a refund

Young kid who works here is very efficient and wants to help, considering most people his age he is a very well rounded citizen. He deserves a raise. Always happy to see him when we stay here

Higher than advertised 2-star. Was 3-star room decor and cleanliness. Wifi good for 8- hour shifts. Could swim in clean pool. Located in tourist area.

Very friendly staff and I asked for a quiet room and they were able to give me a quiet room.

Yes sheets Smell with some little stains pillow cases dirty seem they were in short handed counters in bathroom dirty crumbs on floor and one older janitorial guy picking though the window wont be staying there again

Clean, location, extremely affordable

Management and cleaning staff started knocking and tapping at 10:30 with a check out of 11:00 which I extended and paid $20 extra for for 2 additional hours. Management and cleaning staff continued to knock and bother all times regardless of hanging sign.

It was downstairs and it?s clean

Nothing I booked for three days and I left immediately after one night

Everything was old and it didn?t look anything like the pictures. The pictures are photoshopped

1, power outlets do not work. 2. Non smoking room smells very badly for breathing. 3.Linnen on bed is too slick causing one to slid off if sitting on side of bed. 4. Bath tub is very slick while using the shower, 5. No snack area. 6, soda machine broken.

The location to downtown Temecula.

It was filthy! The walls, the paint, the ceiling, hair on the bed. It looked like an old run down apartment. Absolutely disgusting.

You FALSELY advertise, breakfast included. Breakfast has NEVER been included post COVID, ACCORDING to receptionist. You FALSELY advertise office open 24 hrs. NOT TRUE, no one in LOCKED OFFICE nor do they respond to door bell, after 10 and before7

There's no spa,pool wasn't clean, shower handle was broken,no breakfast, guests were doing who knows what with cameras moving furniture for over 4 hrs.

this hotel was very dirty, the rooms smelled really bad and it looked like they were not even cleaned prior to us getting there. There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom, bedding was dirty, behind the beds were filthy

All the rooms smelled so bad. My friend had to change rooms the next day. Stale cigarette smoke and heavy cleanser. My room just had the nasty cleanser smell that I was able to clear out by opening window. My friend's second room had a mushroom smell

Leaving

Noisy, drab,hard to get extra towels, eateries in the area were VERY expensive and NO carpet in the rooms, NO handholds in a VERY slippery bath/shower, small TV and LOUSY internet signal.

It was advertised that breakfast was included. Staff told us to go to Dennys.

Location was great to get to and from our destination.

Not out of the ordinary for thee hotel itself just that the noise from the bars was a bit loud.
