Pros +
- The price, location, cleanliness
- Absolutely nothing! I suspect they are using this hotel to house homeless folks. This hotel is in a state of disrepair. Absolutely unforgivable
- Staff helpful and friendly.
Cons -
- The water heater was not functioning and the staff were uncaring even though they were aware. I asked to be moved to a different hotel and they refused to refund
- Pool was broken. Shower was Luke-warm, not hot. Parking lot was blocked off. T.V. Was confusing and staff provided no guide, nor were they knowledgeable about what number the networks were on. Eggs were powdered eggs not fresh. Non refundable too.
- Everything. If you are expecting a pleasant visit to Temecula DO NOT stay here. If you have hard earned dollars, DO NOT stay here
