    Pros +

    • The hotel was clean and nicely decorated.
    • I stayed here several times before and it was good experience.
    • this place was really nice. spotless grounds and professional staff.

    Cons -

    • I was not told that there was a charge of $25.00 per night for parking. I asked and received a copy of the charges only to find they charged me 3 times for one night. So a 50.00 charge was then $100.00. If I hadn't paid attention they would of overcharged
    • The hotel now charges for parking. The room itself is already expensive and now we have to pay for parking?! Also, the staff we not friendly. There was hair in our shower and our sheets. Also, we asked for toilet paper for our room and never received it
    • The clerk a bald short guy with a red bear, first he could not find my reservation, then he refused to give a digital keys, othe times i had never had amy problem getting a digital key, wjen i got to room the room had abad smell like a motel6 smell.

    Modern and new construction

I could hear a guest snoring next door and this is what I would accept if I was staying at Motel 6, not here.

The rooms and hotel are kept up.

there is no housekeeping unless requested and in 5 nights I only got serviced one after making 3 separate. I was led to believe coffee and breakfast was continental and had like 3 bites of something while I drank tea and was hit with a $30 bill

    10FredPosted on: 8-30-2022

    It's brand new and beautiful

They charge for $15 for parking

Whenever I travel to Sunnyvale I stay at this hotel. Nice place to stay. Clean and if you¿re a Hilton honors member you can use the digital key.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-8-2022

Everything! This Hilton Garden is very nice! I would rate it more like a 4.5 stars. This hotel has everything that you would want, a conference center, a pool (a little small), fitness room, an excellent restaurant and lounge. The staff is great!

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-14-2021

    Cleanliness and location.

Restaurant was not serving a full dinner menu.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-3-2021

    Clean, affordable, great location

Lack of parking. Lots of construction worker crew parked in hotel parking

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-7-2021

Never lose even a single penny like Marriott hotel had stolen $200 security deposit the hotel very clean and everything new air conditioning all system are new better the 4¿or 5 stars

    No complaints

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-15-2020

    Clean.

$15 parking fee! Nowhere on the booking page says the parking isn't included. First time you get old there is a parking fee fee is at the counter!! I would expect a Hilton to have that information up front.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-7-2020

The room was clean and modern, but the quality of building construction is poor. I can hear people talking in the rooms next door, and the floorboards move when someone in the hallway walks by. It is cute, but cheaply built.

Too many hotel guests did not wear a mask in confined spaces like the elevator and hallway. A man in the elevator refused to put on a mask when I asked him to do so. This happened so often that I checked out early.

New rooms. Nice decor in lobby

Parking challenges. Charge for parking. Poor selection of teas and coffees in room.

    1JosePosted on: 8-17-2020

    It was very clean.

I did not like I had to pay 15.00 for parking, when the hotels pRking was the only choice.

    3JosePosted on: 12-21-2023

The employees make the experience and the hotel, the front dwsk guy ruined that experience.

The attitude of the front desk employee.
