The rooms where great love how it had a kitchen

Breakfast was not as expected, there was on the go stuff but not having like a breakfast meal it wasn’t fulfilling. Also paying parking I don’t agree with.

The room quality was terrible. The kitchen was weird. The furniture and fixtures were damaged. The hotel smelled. The staff was of little help.

Free breakfast and wireless internet. Room with kitchen. Decor is dated but everything functions and building is well-maintained.

$10 per night parking fee.

i forfeited my $--- to stay at this hotel because i didnt have $250 for the outrageous deposit they wanted. I ended up leaving early because I couldnt afford to even have them "hold" that on my card. It would have taken 5- 10 days to get it back.

I book this hotel whenever I visited the Bay Area from India. It is close to my work and hence continue to book here.

#1) The staff: The staff (especially a lady staff) does not necessary look things from a customer perspective. Though I booked at a daily rate of $----/day, they still demand similar charges for even 2 hours of early check-in or 1 hour of delayed check-out

Rooms are well supplied with kitchen details and the rooms are clean.

Staff reluctant to assign ground floor rooms although the parking lot is nearly empty. Bath tub is very slippery. Needs a mat to prevent falls.

Furnishings, location, amenities.

Desk person too busy with personal phone call to speak directly to guest. Bathtub floor very slippery should have had a shower mat.

Mabey just the location

This trip was for a concert.Dtirty room.Bath drain was not working.I had to wait in the shower for 1 hour. They offered to change the room; but at that time we had to rush to the concert.When we came back they said no other room available.Ruined our trip!

Room was in very good condition. I was not expecting a full size fridge nor mini kitchen. I appreciate the light breakfast in the morning but if it starts at 6am, it should be stocked by then. Cookies were good. Staff is friendly.

bathtub floor is slippery, needs a bath mat.

Spacious rooms, clean bathroom, and decently maintained property.

The fold out sofa we very uncomfortable to sit on; I can't imagine sleeping on it. Also, the sofa, additional cushion chair, and ottoman were stained and FILTHY gross!

Speed of returning deposit is slow. Take more than 2 weeks to withdraw pending charge on my credit card.

Seems a little outdated. Rooms need remodeling. I was told there was breakfast, but it was just really convenience food.

Yes, they scheduled a review of ceiling fire detectors in each room before the 11:00 am time to leave . So if you were still in bed , about 9:30-10:00 or even asleep, they banged on the door until you opened it. NOT GOOD. !!!

Cleanliness, everything as expected, responsive staff, great location. Gets a little expensive at times.

The hotel is nice, the only downside is no housekeeping. We had our the room to refresh with coffee and tea and even had sign hanging on our door. No action was done.
