Breakfast is at 7am. I have to leave at 630am so I can only get coffee because the cream cheese is locked up.

Affordable.

Charged deposit immediately and refunded very slow. Not like that.

The location. It was fully accessible to the interstate for ease of travel from place to place.

The bathroom was hard to navigate. The toilet was really low. It was really hard to use.

Price was good

Ice machine, snack machine, soda machine was right outside our room and could hear the machines being used all night

Breakfast was great

We had a 2 night stay here. First night we had addressed front desk about some linen being dirty (what looked to be blood on a face towel). We were waved off and had to ask for more towels. Then, second night, I noticed blood stained pillowcase..

I was looking for microwave, fridge, and free parking that are at this hotel. There is also breakfast but limited protein: hard boiled eggs and burrito. The breakfast room also has a machine to make Hot Mochas I love. Holiday decorations are lovely.

The furniture is very beautiful but a tight fit. Still manageable @180 sq ft. I will request a regular-weight blanket next visit. The lovely comforter is really thick and was too hot for me. Many hotels put a regular blanket in the closet but not here.

Stained carpet, several areas. And my $100 charge for incidentals should be returned sooner.

Vending machines not working, pay per view not working, promised to mkve to room with working TV not kept, intrusive manager was no help. Friendly but judgementa,l was told only "normal" channels available when adult programming selection failed

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast wonderful. Old but very clean rooms. Had a electric charger for car.

It was extremely hard to find.

My room had a microwave oven and small refrigerator so I can reheat ToGo food from eating out. I like a room on the top floor to avoid noise and there is an elevator to make that possible. A major win to me is that parking is free. The staff was terrific.

The room was quite small but furniture was very nice. The micro wave needs to have a numeric display for cook time and not just a dial.

Yes my phone in the room wouldn¿t allow me to call out the tv channels that are available we not that great and there was only one vending machine with very limited selection and no hotel store to purchase the little things

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good.

Room was tiny, front desk manager was not friendly.

Elevator out of order one day, had to climb two flights after tiring day of work. Trees in parking lot dripped sap on my car.

The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was decent , and not in a sketch area

We were put on the third floor then told the elevator was broken...UNEXCEPTABLE for my wife and I as I'm 80 and my wife is 78

The staff was very rude. The hotel was dirty. There were blood stains on the sheets. There was no shower curtain. The original room that the person tried to put us in the door was broken wouldn¿t shut and lock it when we ask for a safer rm we had to pay

Staffs are very nice and friendly

Single bed rooms are very small. Location is good but the road from hotel to highway has a very tricky stop sign. Secondary entrances were never locked and anyone can go inside the hotel corridor

The free morning breakfast was excellent

The hotel charged a 100 fee for incidentals. They stated it would be refunded at checkout. They claim they forgot to give it back. We had to go directly to the credit card to resolve the issue.
