Room layout, spacious, clean and lots of parking lot.

good location, clean room. I rent a 2 bedroom suite which is good for family trip.

a little complain that there is no elevator in the 3 story hotel.

I've stayed here alot and the thing that separates this place from others is the outstanding and fabulous staff they're always professional yet like family. From the front desk crew to the folks that clean up You guys make this place great

this place is like a home away from home. the staff is incredible. the staff is what sets this place apart. from the manager on down , everyone is polite and helpful. breakfast is outstanding. I absolutely love this place.

The location right on and off the freeway

Parking charger which is not listed and is $7.00 a day, The bathroom door and toilet and shower are all in a very tight space, the bed is way over due for a new box spring, the towels are rough and thin.

The professionalism of the front desk staff.

The AC in the unit did not work. The building did not have an elevator so I had to take a room on the first floor because of my heavy bags & I had very noisy neighbors who kept walking up & down the steps, next to my bedroom, late at night &early morning.

It's located in a quiet area away from the highway. It was an easy and quick highway drive to Great America Parkway. The room was clean and felt like a small apartment. There's plenty of parking. I felt safe at the establishment.

Would like increased lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup. There are plenty of lamps and overhead lighting in the rooms.

The size and accommodations are unbeatable. Plus breakfast was amazing.

Our room had brown water coming out of both bathroom faucets. But the hotel assured us it was because these rooms had been unused for a while and just needed the water to run through. Everything was fine after that.

Bed room and living are separated. This is much confortable for remete work Also kitchen and dishes are prepared, so we can have relax to have dinner.

Very clean and spacious with all the amenities of home. Staff is super friendly and there is a very nice free breakfast included.

From the first moment I walked in, the staff was super nice! I interacted with several people at different hours. They were even super nice at midnight when I checked in! The suites were big! Breakfast had variety of options (slightly different each day).

This is probably a misunderstanding on my part, housekeeping did not come at all and I stayed for 5 nights. There may have been some kind of policy where they don't come during your stay.

Staff was very disappointing,customer service awful,stayed 5 days got only two towels, no room service. Sucked

Suites, apartment like, solid breakfast

The staff was super nice, the hotel is really clean and it is located in a quiet zone. Breakfast was the best, they had everything you could think of.
