The separation between units, quiet and like home.

Information about services was difficult.

Breakfast staff was only assisting the customers who tipped her when asked to restock items. Child did not have milk for cereal. No forks available to eat. No bagels. We ate breakfast elsewhere. Freeway was loud.

Room was large with 2 full bathrooms and kitchen.

The pullout sofa was absolutely horrible . I know they are not the best mattresses but this one had zero padding and what was suppose to be was lumpier than sausage gravy.

Floors and walls were dirty and the kitchen sink didn't have hot water. Kitchen was smaller than expected.

Room was way bigger than expected. Very nice staff. It was a real breakfast no grab and go..

A full-size kitchen! It even had cookware and dishes and everything you need for the family to stay several days comfortably. The facility was all 4-plexes with door opening to outside. Great location, great staff, and very clean.

Unfortunately, each building of 4 units shared a hot water heater. Small problem which we recovered in a short time.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and this location is close to everything.

Close to Great America, good breakfast

FYI there is no Jacuzzi like the pictures !

The room size was good. The room was clean. Our view of the pond and fountain was nice.

My 2 daughters and I arrived late after a 6 hour drive. I reserved a room with a queen bed and a pullout sofa. I pulled out the sofa bed and one leg was broken and mattress was bad. I know not to expect a lot of sofa bed but it was bad.

Great breakfast included for the price which was very reasonable. The room was comfortable and very clean and roomy -- the included kitchen and sitting area was a bonus.

The couch/sofa bed was not too comfortable.

The front office manager. He was there to take care of my issues. The room was cozy and we'll kept.

Housekeeping is rude. Lots of noise.

A better quality caffeinated tea like Tetley's would help plus the availability of whole milk. The hot water for making tea needs to be hotter to allow adding milk and still having a hot beverage

The experience I had with the young man behind the counter at the reception desk Was so unprofessional That it left me with an uncomfortable feeling for the extent of my stay.

This hotel room had everything I needed and it was very spacious!!

They allowed me and my daughter to check in early. EXCELLENT breakfast and very nice room.
