Quiet and for the price, ok breakfast

Not a dealbreaker but they could use some fixing around the room, like broken but functional dryer, quieter closing doors, quieter old-fashioned toilet flush

Everything. Very old, dirty, and very expensive. Paid over $--- for one night. We booked 2 rooms both outdated and dirty. Would never never stay here again. Can't believe it is a Best Western Brand. NOISY every step above & nextdoor.

None, it is a nightmare! The swimming pool was not working, no hot breakfast as pictured in the booking page.

Yes, the property manager was very judgmental, discriminatory and disrespectful. He charged me $100 inconvenience fee for our little chihuahua was making noise without even talking to me in the first place and after I took care of the issue right away.

TV wouldn¿t work for over 4 hrs; giant stain on end of bed seat; laughable early check in policy quoted 45 minutes up to 5 min b/f check in time (extra $50 charge) when no one was around and the parking lot was empty except for 10-15 cars); breakfast weak

Clean and did not smell like smoke like some rooms do.

Maybe larger and thicker towels.

bed was comfortable. they accomodated me to a nicer smelling room. the breakfast was pretty ok. wish the morning staff were friendlier.

non smoking room smelled like some one had just smoked half a pack of cigarettes in them. The morning staff had a stern face. I could tell they did not want or care to be bothered by the guest.I said goodmorning to a couple of the house cleaning ladies:/

Excellent location, and it was relatively new: fixtures, TV, etc were modern.

Had some communication problems with the desk clerk. Potatoes and eggs at breakfast were not kept hot.

It was very clean, nice staff and had a good continental breakfast

The laundry facilities were not secure, even past hours that the hotel indicated it would be. Also, the laundry was very expensive for super tiny machines.

Super comfortable bed and pillows. A recliner in the room. Nice TV. Everything clean & in perfect working order. Staff was amazing. Even helped me get my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs & into my car when I left. Breakfast available each morning.

it is an older hotel with no elevator, but there is really nothing else I could complain about.

Hotel employee and staff were very accommodating in meeting my special needs. My Wife was in Stanford Hospital with unknown duration of stay,working with me on a daily basis to key room .av. Room was quiet with a very nice breakfast being served.

The entire staff were very considerate to our needs we had a family emergency that came up at the last minute and we weren't sure if we were going to make it. They were very helpful to our needs in changing our itinerary, great experience thank you.

There was nothing my wife and I didn't like, the entire staff were very helpful.
