Location, the room was modern and very clean,

staff was indifferent for the most part, karoake was taking place in the lobby right near check in, so was very hard to hear trying to check in

Modern decor; easy access. Welcoming staff. Good value for the area.

1) It wasn't clear to me that the breakfast was a cash bar. 2) Hot water was tepid & pressure poor in shower.

I like this place, it is clean and super quiet

There is a humming sound in the room, if you are not tired it can be an issue

Location was convenient

Seemed like hotel was more interested in living a youthful hip vibe than fulfilling the basic idea behind a hotel. Non caring attitudes mixed with being told that credit card I booked with was unacceptable..... Still a current card and worked at elsewhere

We liked the location

Our room had some type of sprinkler light on the ceiling that blinked all night and kept me awake we also had an issue with the bathroom light

The front desk staff were friendly. But this is not enough, with all the negatives, to go back.

The worst experience of late. Room was not clean enough- I used my own sheets. No microwave, no windows that open, very small. And dark. Housekeepers with no masks on, 2 of them. A bank playing on the weekend?! Really? I'm sorry I booked it.

The price! Nice comfortable room. Located in a business area, so very quiet during the holiday. Freeway close and convenient to many areas in the Southbay.

Due to the holiday, staffing was minimal. There didn't appear to be any hot food choices.

The modern look, the comfort of the beds. The large bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash was nice.

The pillows could be a bit more firm.

The hotel was quiet, Clean, the Staff was nice. I had a guest over late and they gave them no problems like other hotels may do. All around great experience .

Loud walls are very thin you can hear everything vacuuming started very early

The room lacked amenities. The bathroom sink did not possess the ability to use water for shaving (water had to remain running). Air conditioner pushed lots of dust out. No food service. Had to order food at the bar. Too many "locals" hang out there

REasonably spacious. Has a long, wide bench. Beautifully designed rooms. (Except you can hear anything happening within the bathroom). Tiny fridge. Breakfast downstairs w/ lots of grab & go options. Delicious waffles for $5/each. Solid service.

The bathroom had ants. It's nestled within a lot of natural land. They spray often but ants were in the shower.

The location was easy to find and conveniently located. It had a very nice selection of breakfast offerings (hot and cold) and a few quick-service selections.

A few things detracted from an otherwise fine hotel. What annoyed us was that it was not clean at check-in (8 pm!). Lastly, they were hosting a private event that was very loud. It was a Halloween costume party that was in the lobby and blocked hallways.

Location is easy to find with lots of free parking.

Bathroom has a sliding door that doesn't stay in place because it doesn't lock nor latch on to anything.

I liked the location of the hotel, the room was very cozy.

The only thing I did not like was how I was not able to have full control of the television, also the shower was very small. Would recommend a more spacious shower.

Simple but updated decor, luggage carts, healthy food options.

The food/coffee stations a bit dirty, especially the doors to the trash receptacles under the counter. You don't just wipe the tops of things, but anywhere people out their hands. Would alsi be nice to gave regular size napkins instead of cocktail napkins

It was close to where I was going, and the bed was very comfortable. I received a 5 dollar food voucher.

I wish there was free breakfast and airport shuttle.
