Best Western Silicon Valley Inn

Everything was very clean. The daily breakfast selection was excellent!

The shower needs an additional safety grab bar for elderly guests; the snack vending machine was not well stocked and was very temperamental (credit card scanner didn't work, and only took certain bills.)

So quiet!

In room coffee could be upgraded to keurig. Very weak and bland.

Clean and great location.

First night I stayed, they didn¿t give a room with a sofa which I paid for. I complained about it the next day, then the gave one. Other than that, everything was great.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and very clean accommodations. Room had refrigerator, with freezer and a microwave.

Would have given room 10 stars if there had been a couple of complimentary bottles of water.

The room was super clean didn¿t expect it to be so nice n remodeled loved it bathroom was big enough room space as well can¿t complain

Only thing that I didn¿t like was there wasn¿t no pool but the breakfast made up for it

Was assigned one bed when requested two beds.Hotel employee at front desk said could have two beds if I paid $30 more. Will not stay there again

Hotel room was very clean, staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast wade good and we'll balanced. One block from freeway, good location.

I loved the location. It was directly between the airport and the location I had to be the following day.

It appeared they had a bit of a spider problem. Plus, the walk from the office all the way to the room required me to go back out on the main road and then turn in at a different entrance (I was walking), it was kinda sketchy since I checked in at night.

shower was not easy to open, I had to call the office to have it open.

Location is convenient. The air conditioning system seems better than similar hotels, quieter and smoother.

The door doesn't provide good sound isolation, but it is at average.

Very clean and great service. Awesome bed and so many TV channels!! Their gym was great too!!

ON A BUSY STREET BUT THEY PUT US IN THE BACK AND IT WAS QUIET.

room was very spacious with a pillow-top bed that was out of this world, the HOT free breakfast is worth mentioning twice!
