What didn?t I like?!! Everything from the front desk staff to the breakfast to the architecture and interior design to the housekeeping staff: all were beyond expectations. After not traveling for @8 yrs, this trip was a blessing!

Comfort and cleanliness

No pool, or jacuzzi, also have to pay $15 parking which is ridiculous in this area of town. Had a homeless guy at breakfast.

Really not much to not like. Breakfast was nice but some items were empty ie: bagels, bread, coffee

Size of room and bed

No ventilation. Very loud hvac. Low pressure shower.

The suites are very clean. Coffee and tea are complimentary, location is good, beside a fun golf park, Safeway is an 8 minutes walk. We booked for one night and returned for the second stay. Daniella at front desk is very very patient and efficient when handling a back to back check in on a busy day when we checked in. Breakfast is average. Will recommend this hotel.

Walls are thin, we can hear steps and voices. Also, please provide better disposable cutleries for breakfast.Pillows are not the best at all

Walls not well insulated for sound. Doors close loudly. Did not know that there was underground parking or to use key card for access.

This property is conveniently located near the Kaiser Permanente hospital in Santa Clara. It is exceptionally clean, exceptionally comfortable, and welcomed me with courtesy and extra kindness. When I thought the little fridge was not working (because it was so silent) they offered to come check immediately. Throughout my stay, in fact, I was contacted to see if all was going well (via text). When I thought I needed a late checkout, my request was granted within minutes. I never did use the gym, business center, or breakfast room.

I would have liked the option to open a window and get fresh air.

The location is close to my friends and the breakfast was good. I used the treadmill and our rooms were very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the walk in shower with the rolling glass doors. We were on the El Camino side so it got a little noisy when the sun came up but not bad. My husband and I stayed three nights and each enjoyed our own room. Thank you!

Clean and towels and quiet, breakfast is good

There is no even one bathrobe !

The young lady when I first checked in, was very friendly helpful I encountered two other young ladies the next day, not as friendly, not as helpful

Parking fee, I think it should be included in your stay. Also, I did not like the fact that they did not give you water every day you stayed in the facility. They only greet you with two waters when you arrive and if you want to purchase a water three dollars for one bottle of water so I went up the street and I bought some waters to keep in my room for the rest of my stay.

The parking accessibility was excellent , quick and easy check in, easy access to the elevator very clean and quiet corridors the room was extremely clean modern and well conditioned, the breakfast yummy and good variety of choices the staff were nice and polite !

You need staff at the front desk to make you feel welcome to feel that you are getting to the right place, they act emotionally free, dry without showing empathy.

Being asked for the Wifi password every time I leave the hotel.It would be better if it could automatically connect for the duration of the stay.

The staff were very nice, the room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I didn’t bring a toothbrush, and the staff provided one for me – fantastic!
