It was close to Murphy square

The size of the room. It was quite small.

The room was not how it was shown in the pictures or description. The room that was given to me was an attic room 5'x5', low ceiling, smelled of mold.The hallway carpet was extremely durty. The front desk was extremely rude.

The room was very clean and very spacious. Hotel employee at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in a very nice area in the heart of downtown.

I loved everything about this hotel.

The staff were reasonably friendly/hospitable, room rate was reasonable.

Room size was very small, lots of disturbance in the parking. People fighting, yelling, cars revving engines very early in the morning. My vehicle was towed from the lot even though my parking permit from the hotel was displayed. Absolute disaster overall

It was a super quiet relaxing stay! i enjoyed it from check in til check out! i will definitely be booking again

i booked the king suite which in my opinion was more like a standard size room with a big comfy couch, It was a really nice room which made up for the small size. Hallways were very small and narrow as well

It seemed fairly run-down in hallways and in corners of the room. Almost like they didn¿t clean certain parts for years.

Yes, asked for extra blankets, was told none were available. That's never happened in any hotel we've stayed at over the last 40 years.

parking is horrible took 30 minutes to check in the room is beyond small the bathroom was not cleaned. The Wi-Fi does not work

Very small room, but bed was comfy, we couldn¿t make or receive cell phone call due to being on first floor plus late arriving guest we¿re loud and woke us up

clean and modern

i may have come at a busy season because I waited long time for my room to become available. Check in time was 3 pm but i did nit get my room till about 5 pm

The vibe was modern and minimalist. Staff at the front desk was amazing in accommodating my request for a refrigerator in my room. The fitness center was a nice size and had a decent number of machines.

The elevator was not working on the evening I stayed, but fortunately I was on the first floor. It would have been inconvenient for others who might¿ve had to use it though.

THE LOCATION WAS THE BEST RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN SUNNYVALE.

I WENT TO BED AT 10 PM THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE THAT PEOPLE WERE MAKING COMING BACK TO THEIR ROOMS THEY WOKE UP AT 12 AM AND THEN AGAIN AT 2 AM 3 AM NOT GOOD THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK SAID IT'S ALWAYS LIKE THAT NOT GOOD THEY SHOULD HAVE SECURITY.

Staff was amazing

rooms were old, cleaning spray was too strong. Gave me a headache smelled like a foofy dog salon I couldn't stay

Definitely not a 3 1/2 star. Room too small. Only had one chair. Minimal complimentary breakfast. Only pastries and cereal even the day they promised a hot breakfast. Had to go out and buy hand soap. Only had dispensers- strong fragr

room looked like something out of a surfy film. plain and plan. parking in public lot. rated a 4 star felt more like a 2 or 2and 1/2. due to the plainess

Not much :( was overall very dissapointed. Benefits would be a starbucks 2 blocks away and that its close to the bay area

Checking in after the check in time we were told to wait, staff was very very rude. Guy at the front desk was a jerk. Parking is shared and terrible, good luck getting a spot. Room was tiny and not sound proof, you hear everything out of your room.

Upscale, nice TV, nice shower, nice bed, coffee maker, wifi

No fridge, no window view, no free breakfast
