Very clean and spacious room

Parking is charged (12 usd). The mattress is spring-based, and it makes noise when I turn over.

Clean room. Fast internet. Nice Breakfast each morning. Best of all, outstanding staff! Original reservation for three days. Everyone from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance personnel smiling, pleasant and helpful. Exteded my stay to eight days.

This hotel stay was wonderful. The location is convenient to shopping and public transportation-all in walking distance. The staff was exceptional-always friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept and clean, and the daily breakfast was great!

My only complaint was that a few mornings the oatmeal was much too watery, soup-like, which wasn't good. Sometimes the foods ran out and weren't replenished while still within the breakfast times. Sugar-free syrup would be nice for diabetic guests.

My gf and I wanted to stream a movie before bed, which I was looking forward to, but when I called to see if someone could help, no one was available.

I loved this type of room was available when I needed it last minute. The price was perfect for my budget.

I didn't like i felt unsafe. Not that this place gave me any reason to. It just felt like it. I'm not use to a "Marriot" being in this kind of neighborhood. I chose this place because Marriot usually make me feel safe.

I liked that the location was with in walking distance of a safe way grocery store.

The microwave sparked fire when I turned it on.Trash under the bed.Non-working stove top in the kitchen. Peeling paint in the bath tub. Hair all over the bathroom.

Check in was very easy and the accomidation of giving us an early check in was very easy. Our room was in an easy spot to park and a 10 second walk to the room. It was spacious and for the prize was a steal.

Our room's AC wasn't working or completly turned off and the hotel must have known this because they had a swamp cooler in the room that did very little to cool the room down. The only downer of the experience.

Beautiful room, so clean ,friendly staff,good breakfast.

The staff was amazing!! Especially during the breakfast service, she was so kind and willing to get more items for my family even though we came at the tail end of the breakfast hours.

The night auditor said the outside entrance next to our rooms where there was available parking was locked for the night and we had to make multiple trips from one end of the parking lot to the main entrance to the end of the hallway.

Quiet safe location. Excellent hot breakfast.

Sofa Bed not made up; mattress dirty and we had to get the bedding and put it on.

Studio rooms at a decent price. That's it, I'd rather have spent more and had less issues.

Truly the worst management I've every experienced at a hotel. They're completely disorganized and have no idea what they're doing, but seem to think saying "I've worked in the industry x years" is validation for how bad they are?

Location; ease of checkin/checkout

There was garbage in the garage, near the elevator that was overflowing onto the ground when I checked in. It was still there when I checked out 3 days later. Same garbage. Never touched by the hotel staff. Ive stayed here many times and that was a first.

The Breakfast was outstanding and the lady working the breakfast was exceptional in her job. She made sure people were happy and was constantly restocking and cleaning the eating areas. Thank You and Thank her.

The location was very busy, and parking space are too small, got two dents on my passenger side of the car.
