AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park

I always love staying at an AC by Marriott. Location was easy and off the freeway. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, modern and enjoyed the view.

Beautiful rooms

While it all looks new and beautiful the curtain rod came off while drawing the drapes and the panel under the sink falls off. They should not be charging for parking. It is in a low density area.

very nice cosmetically

This hotel is in the middle of office complexes and very difficult to even find. There is nothing anywhere near this place. No shopping, no restaurants , no nothing. Everything at the hotel is expensive including parking.

Nothing really

I forgot my bathing kit in the room which has my expensive perfumes, body lotion and Apple Watch. The hotel hasn¿t been able to find which cleaner took my bathing kit. It¿s obvious the cleaners are thieves.

Overall the room and hotel is very clean and tidy! Love the modern look!!

Great customer service , room is comfortable really clean

The pool deck was nice. We were not able to get in the pool as it was closed for cleaning or something. That was a major disappointment as we chose this hotel for the pool.

Yes the fact that your manager  isnt very nice she over charged my stay 4 times the regular hotel rate and I only stayed for 2ndays and she said she could not comp parking, nor breakfast, nothing. She was rude and I specifically said to heddo not

It looks nice, but is not worth it! Receptionist and employees do not care about guests.

The staff was amazing. Rooms are clean n housekeeping are on top of it with daily service. There's outdoors games for the family . A heated outdoor pool and a great fitness room. They give you complimentary Evian water. A nice size TV with great apps .

Unfortunately they do charge you extra for parking. And I had to use my debit card cause there was a couple day hold on my credit card for some odd reason which led to a weird charge they couldn't explain but took care of it. Staff are great.

Its good, but it would be nice if they would put enough cream and sugar for coffee for two and not just one. improve customer service, I placed 2 calls asked for someone to come check the tv, because it was on but blank, no one did.

Food and drink were great. Really liked the hydration stations.

No microwave or refrigerator. It seemed like they were trying to be a 5 star hotel when they are really a newly built 2 star, charging a 5 star price.
