Hampton Inn & Suites Suisun City Waterfront

The staff were all friendly and efficient. The location gave me easy access to get around the North Bay Area.

The carpet was disgusting. You could see stains on it. I touched it with my bare foot once and could feel the sticky grime. Unfortunately, Suisun City seems to have a lot of homeless people, so it was uncomfortable as a single woman to walk outside

This room was full of flies. I must have killed 10 while I was in the room. Only stayed about three hours then spent the night at a friends house.

The location was close to where we were performing a show.

The common places such as the dining area had stained fabric chairs, an elevator was out of service, and there were building materials just inside the main entrance. The whole property needed a thorough cleaning.

Just the location - I stayed here years ago and it was amazing. This time the room and the hotel were very run-down it seems.

Construction going on, outdated carpets, flimsy linens and blankets, dogs barking at 4 am, TV did not work well - the screen was off and no accurate show listing was available. Worst part was the ants - ants in the bathroom and bedroom. Not returning eve

Well there were ants and cockroaches in the bathroom, no soap in the shower even after they cleaned the room our first night. Things have really gone down hill here.

Location, room layout, bed comfort.

Many problems: a recurring loud banging from laundry room -- even in the middle of the night. An elevator broke down emitting a loud whine for hours. There was a flooding into the hallway, and the guest laundry was "out of order." Staff slow to move us.

Overall met expectations. Staff are professional. Cleanliness and locations are perfect. Thank you To all staff. I would highly recommend and will keep this venue again and again. Loved the Junior suites. Loved the hair products.

We were at the room on the 4th floor. I had to sleep with ear plugs due to the noise from the roof.

Met expectations for the price paid. Decent breakfast, good location for six flags parks. Will stay again.

Shower had issues draining.

How clean and friendly the staff are especially especially the house keepers.

Out of all the staff there was just one that was a little rude, but over all they were very helpful.

Linens were not soft. Room smelled of cleaner. Lobby and halls needed vacuuming. paper cups in room, not glasses.

Staff was courteous, professional and helpful. Excellent customer service! Room was clean.

The phone was located on the other side of the room. The desk and not on the nightstand. Most nice hotels that I stay have a phone in both locations (and sometimes a 3rd phone in the bathroom). Need a phone near the bed for convenience.

Nothing, it is old, even the carpets, outside garbage is overflowing, breakfast is not hot, lights in the breakfast area are dim . Elevtor is old needs to be replace, scary to ride yet is is only 4 floors.

I booked for a room with a Lake view, they gave us a room on the second floor with no view, I requested to be move, they gave us room in 3rd floor, still the view is blocked by a big Palm tree. you cannot see the lake. I paid for a room with a view. ho

Breakfast provided was good. The first day Housekeeper was excellent.

Our room was sub-par at best. No phone in room. No clock Radio/alarm in room. Coffee maker was missing parts so we could make no coffee. Bathroom toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Towel rack was in the toilet closet and sink was outside. Terrible!

Checked in at 10 pm,sounded like elephants stomping on ceiling. Complained to staff who talked to guests, had 3 kids jumping on the bed (continued whole trip) when we complained again the staff told us he a real nice place for us to move, on the sidewalk!

The room was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. Very friendly staff.

Great motel, clean and in a good location not far from 6 Flags. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again.

Very mixed review as there were some very good aspects of our stay such as the breakfast offered and the young man that took care of the food service on 1/25 & 26 was excellent.

Due to a booking problem, we did not receive housekeeping in a timely manner and had requested a.m. cleaning which did not happen. Staff was not helpful in resolving problem.
