The ac was over vold

It looked like a deserted movie set, no one was around, in fact to check in I was instructed to drive a mile away to some random address to get a key card. The room is super tiny bed is like 2 feet away from door. Spiderwebs in bathroom.

Location to universal studios, walking distance to restaurants & a couple grocery stores. Was great to have a mini refrigerator & microwave in room.

Having to drive to their sister location “Nite Inn” for room key or any “front desk service “ although The service was very welcoming & courteous at the Nite Inn

Was very close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

The room was much smaller than what the pictures online made it look like. The parking lot was very small and an employee was in the parking lot making sure evey guest parked between the parking lines on the ground. Housekeeping rushed us to checkout.

It was awful. No one was at the office when we arrived at 4 pm. No cars in parking lot. Looked abandoned. Number on office door to call another hotel down the road.

It was horrible

There was not a single staff person on site! The beds are a nightmare the shower didn¿t drain and mold everywhere. This Place is a dump the air is in the wall and was useless never stayed on. This place is not worth any money at all.

No staff Members to check in or out. Beds are broken and terrible. Shower is so smalll and doesn¿t drain bathroom fan makes a terrible noise. Place is broken and crappy. Won¿t ever stay at this dump again.

Proximity to Universal Studio; motel is about 7 minutes on Uber (avg $7.00 per ride). It is a good place if you are looking for just a place to leave your suit case and come back to sleep/shower and repeat the next day.

The motel looks more picturesque than actuality; I was not expecting a 4 star place - more like a Motel 6 or Traveloge, but it was a notch below those two. It was definitely outdated, and some of the furniture (table and chairs) are the plastic kind.

Near destination, Universal Studios. Clean, microwave, refrigerator and good AC.

Parking was narrow and dangerous since I had to park on a uneven steep slope in front of my room. Only one parking spot allowed when I met my family there for vacation. No adequate parking on street and 2-hour limit with cost. Clogged sink. No coffee.

Nothing at all

The hotel donde give what i ask for it, Costumer service staff was so rude. The blankets had a lot hairs , blood stains in the walls , like bed bugs signs , the exit is so crazy to get out too small

Absolutely nothing

Lack of clean towels,no free parking for large suv,dirty floors,foul odors, vomit,urine,and smoke ,dingy blankets and floors,pictures online did not depict the space correctly, no bath tub,lack of staff on-site, rear exit was always blocked by vehicles

Lack of extra towels and blankets, room was very cold because heater didn¿t always work properly, had to check-in at another location - staff not on site, lack of shelves for bathroom toiletries.

When I arrived to the location there was nobody there it was a ghost town there was a phone number at the window. When I called the number they had me go a mile down the Street to supposedly pick up my room key very unprofessional.

They ended up charging me for a deposit they said I was going to get returned back to me and it charged me right away as a complete transaction never got it back they lied to me they rushed me out of there at 11:00 harassed me the room tiny never again

Zero!!! I would give it NEGATIVE STARS if that were an option. This hotel did n¿t even earn the 1 star that I have not choice but to pick. we couldn¿t use the shower because no one is going to shower in the dark. As well as had a dirty room!

Everything-have pictures-bed sheets were not change and smelledlike human sweat and had black hairs on the floor & in the sheets. Bathroom electricity didn¿t work.Arrived at 10 pm. Couldn¿t say no to the room as we were already charged.

The staff is not professional very rude and they change the price when I check in,

Handicap parking and said I need to go to the sister property to check in. I told him I want my money back and he said no because I already booked the stay. This motel should be removed from your website!!!

I showed up and no parking available so I had to park on street. Went to front desk and nobody was there. I called the number posted and no answer. I left and went to Embassy Suites. Called the number back and someone answered. Told me to park in handica

I was rushed from my car to check in. The room wasn't what I asked for. No one at desk never got wifi code. My boyfriend was treated like a criminal. I paid deposit, was supposed to get refunded, I'm still waiting, I called he was rude and hung up on me!

The room had a strong smell of Clorox. The room was cold, no heather.

Well it was sold to me at twice the price of a great new hotel, because it WAS advertised as a "smoking" room on arrival "non smoking" hotel. Twice the price and we had to smokeon Ventura blvd. BAIT AND SWITCH IS A CRIME!!other GREAT hotels near by half $

Cal and staff are very friendly and helpful. The location rocks! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and cool. Fine shower and water pressure, towels are great. I will use this joint any time I come to LA to go to the Baked Potato! Thanks. WB

LA PRICING (but this is LA!)

CLEAN AND WELL KEPT UP FOR AN OLDER MOTEL NOT HOTEL

No hot water in evening so no shower before bed. The water was too cold and no towel/floor cover for shower. Attempted to call the office (11:30 pm) but no answer.
