    Pros +

    • Close to USH.
    • Location
    • Closeness to Universal Studios, staff was nice, polite and very helpful.

    Cons -

    • Price was way too high for the accommodations. Room was TINY, office opened too late to get coffee in the morning, neighborhood is sketchy at best and parking was terrible.
    • Parking spaces were so tight and near impossible to park in while still being able to get out of the car. Rooms were warm and AC was placed too high to help. Room overall was very small
    • There were two stories and no elevator, stairs were a short and high between steps. No coffee pot/Keurig in room. Narrow parking spaces and small parking lot so very difficult unless you have a small compact.

For what it is. It was perfect for our plans. It stayed within our budget, wasn't too crowded, and a friendly staff.

    Clean accommodations

Very small, poor amenities, extremely dated and overpriced

Hotel staff were attentive and supportive in checking quickly. Family were tired from being at universal studios all day staff members made sure we able to get room key in about 3 mins.

Everything in hotel met my expectations no complaints for this family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The proximity to Universal studios was great.

Our room was VERY, VERY small. The parking lot was small which made parking challenging. TV barely worked (Very slow to change channels and would occasionally get stuck in re-boot mode).

    location of the hotel

the room has no lamp shade, no cabinets

    10GracePosted on: 6-13-2022

Friendly staffs and it's very convinient at Universal Studios theme park.

Parking is very small and that is my only concerned when I stayed at this location.

It is close to Universal Studios which is why I end up choosing it together with a reasonable rate but¿

Even though is down the street from Universal Studios that area it¿s sketchy, parking very tight, room was smaller than expected.

The Hotel is just a short walk to the shuttle to Universal Studios. Close to food (restaurants) in the area. They had a self serve breakfast.

Tv only worked for one day. There was no hot water for the shower.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-1-2021

Everything was clean, staff was helpful, the bed seemed comfortable and had nice sheets/comforter that made it easy to sleep.

The towels seemed to be over bleached and were rough. The parking lot is a nightmare but this is due to how small the location is.

Rooms were comfortable and clean staff was helpful and nice

    No everything was great

Front desk staff at night is friendly. He gave us good directions to Universal Studios.

Toilet had hard time flushing because the lever was loose & needs adjusting. The AC wasn’t blowing too cold.

    Convenient location

    Small room, can hear neighbors

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-23-2019

Close to everything. Short walk to shuttle to Universal Studios. Staff was very helpful.

Parking was horrible. Not not enough for every guest.

    5VeronikaPosted on: 7-10-2018

I have been here before and the staff was very helpful. Also free breakfast :)

I did not like the fact that our room was super stuffy due to the heat wave. We told the manager and he was doing everything he could to accomodate us.

    1BeauPosted on: 3-13-2018

It was where it said it was on the map.

The room smelled like smoke and so did the pillowed I couldn’t even sleep there, had to leave in under an hour.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-23-2017

It was close to Universal but so noisy with the the intersection and bad soundproofing from other guests that we almost gave up the $ and left. War plugs saved us and a towel around our head (seriosuly) to sleep.

It was clean but we arrived after check in time and still had to wait an hour. Air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. Staff were hostile at times. Place was dated. Bed was okay but only two bad pillows. Not much sleep. Bad bad bad. Not worth it.

Ideal if you just need a crash pad while visiting U.S. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM FOR IT'S FRILLS.THERE ARE NONE.It is just great proximity to the shuttle and park.A little pricier, but worth it for the convenience.

Keep in mind, only one car permitted in parking lot per room. Front desk was very accommodating though, and allowed us to use there metro card to take advantage of the metro parking across the street.
