- Location good. Must buy a suite to get a quiet location.
- Location, room was great with a wonderful fireplace.
- The staff, in particular, Sarah and a night staff person were amazing. Kind, professional, problem solvers!
Cons -
- The dresser cabinet in the room tipped over onto my partner’s foot when the drawers were being in-stuck to open. The toilet is wide open to the shower and lavatory space and there’s no door to this area from the living space. Staff offered no discount for the injury incurred by the cabinet.
- No gym
- Hot tub was not super clean, but it seemed mostly like leaves that blew in.
