Very nice staff, good beds, very clean, beautiful landscaping ?- nice choice!

Only thing: bathroom sink faucet sprayed rather than stream, which made water go all over! Constantly had to wipe with a towel!

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Breakfast room was appreciated. The other guys have breakfast in the lobby. I appreciate the free parking.

The court yard, hot tub, pool ( yes I used it in February) our patio onto the courtyard. Staff always helpful and great hot coffee available in the lobby in the early hours.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Lobby had water, coffee, snacks 24/7 & was also staffed 24/7. Room was clean, roomy, quiet with a nice patio & view of fountains and beautiful plants. Pool & hot tub were great! Breakfast was a good way to start the day.

Close to Sonoma plaza which had lots of restaurants and cool things to look at. The hotel staff was friendly and was able to get us in our room early.

Staff provided excellent customer service, and their recommendations were great! They gave us vouchers for local businesses and knew the best restaurants and wineries!

It appears the drop seal on our room¿s door may have allowed worms to crawl in during a rain event.

El Pueblo Inn is just charming! It is perfect for the Sonoma get away. The breakfast was delicious and fresh coffee available all day.

There were some outdated features, but that just adds to the charm.

El Pueblo Inn is like an old fashioned motel. It has lovely character, adobe walls and beamed ceilings, a large, sparkling pool and hot tub. The best part, though, is the beautiful grounds, with a very large central fountain.

The location was the best thing. Close to the center of Sonoma, and near two grocery stores.

The staff was great and very helpful.

It smelled like fish fertilizer outside which came into the room. Also, the room was very dark and not inviting and you could not sit outside because the garden smelled bad.

Staff made me run 3 different cards before realizing her machine was bad. The pool was cold, disappointing to find out we had to pay $18 for parking and the gates were broken so it was difficult to come and go. They charged for continental breakf

Superb staff who a compassionate and attentive. We absolutely love the poo, hot tub and fitness area. The grounds are well maintained and rooms extremely clean. Appreciate everyone for making our stay absolutely amazing!

The grounds were lovely and relaxing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff was among the best I've ever encountered, and I have traveled a lot. It was also great to have free WiFi and breakfast. I would definitely book another room there.

The staff is amazing. Extremely friendly and hospitable. There are also bikes to rent on the property and trails near by. Wonderful space for families to reunite and relax after a tough year with the pandemic stress.

This hotel has been kept up to date and it has that ‘great old charm’ that it’s been a fixture in Sonoma for awhile. The staff was fine!
