Pros +
- Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room.
- Wonderful breakfast. Bed comfortable. Room spacious.
- The bed was extremely comfortable, the jacuzzi bathtub was amazing, check in was quick and easy, amendments were handled very well and seamlessly including add-ons and with respect to privacy.
Cons -
- My room smelled horrible and musty and the shower water barely trickled out
- Very windy during our stay and felt like a wind tunnel offf the elevators. Not hotels fault.
- I was impressed by the professionalism and ease of the Hotel Registration Staff in handling everything so quickly and efficiently remaining friendly while being so close to capacity as the disasters in the area have left so many people displaced.
