Clean, staff friendly, beautiful inside

The rooms that are on the outside of hotel, no elevators and a little complicated to find one in hotel. Also the bathroom fan is loud and annoying, it wouldn’t shut off

Hotel had amenities that would be lovely if you had an evening free. Room was clean and spacious.

Due to the wet weather, I really needed a dryer to dry out jackets for the next day. Hanging 3 heavy (very wet) jackets in the room with the heater on full blast, didn't cut it. Such a random request but having washer/dryer on site is so helpful

Very noisy. Disturbed multiple times at night.

I was told when I booked that parking was free, it was not. There was a crushed soda can left in our room by the previous occupant, otherwise the room was clean. The curtains were completely sheer. I felt exposed having not noticed until after ¿bedtime¿

The manager and staff were courteous and very friendly.

The floor in the room was absolutely filthy. There were layers of dirt with feet print and garbage on the floor.

Nothing like showing on line. Hotel is under construction, very noisy days and night, no windows, burgs in room. This is like a motel.

Nothing I like about this hotel. I wanted to leave the minute I get there.

Location, close to restaurants, coffee and client's facility.

Under renovation. Materials stored in walkways, construction dirt on walkways, poor housekeeping.

Should have said it was under construction when I called to inquire about a room. The construction went from 8 am - 6+ pm. Annoying as can right outside of my door. Next door neighbor stayed high 24/7 and I believe I had a contact high most of the time.

It was cheap

The pictures shown on the website showed a different hotel entirely. I found some gross stuff in the room, and the front desk was nowhere to be found when my car stopped working on a cold rainy night. I had to look for the security guard for help.

The hotel is renovating and the room has old furnitures. I paid for what it was for. I would recommend the hotel after it is finished renovating.

Location to Airport. Easy check in. Relatively quiet for it being under construction.

Floors weren’t clean. No rugs by the front entrance to keep from tracking in outside dirt. No rugs by the bed sides. Mini fridge froze my food. Tv did not work.

Close to where I needed to be.

Too noisy. Car got smashed into in the parking lot. Nobody really cared or noticed.

Convenient location next to free way

The room was a bit outdated. Due to Covid, the hotel should have some drinks and snacks available in the fridge with prices menu next to fridge.

The hotel was under construction. Lots of noise/vibration close to the bathroom it was sounded like large AC unit on top of the roof. Not very happy. It's unacceptable not to mention the condition of the hotel before booking.

You get what you pay for.

Very dirty inside and out. Bedsheets were not changed from previous tenant, brown stains on fitted sheet. dust and old crumbs still on the floor and just swept under the bed. Water coming out of shower/sink were white like vinegar. WORST place I've stayed

The location was convenient for business. The price was OK (would have been a great deal in the hotel's former condition).

The amount of construction going on---with everything closed even the check-in lobby and maid service---was not disclosed before arrival. I could have gotten the same deal at a less-stars hotel with less noise.

Huge king size bed.

Gnats in the room. Walls were dirty. AC and Heater didn't function properly. Neighbors were loud late at night. Hotel is being remodeled so the rooms they have available face the freeway.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and quick check in.

All the construction wasn’t fun but it was never bothering or a reason why I wouldn’t come back.
