The gentleman that kept me and was extremely nice and kept me in swiftly and was very accommodating the manager of the mornings she’s nice as well my only complaint I can think of would be they need to get their Apple Pay up and running properly

The room was nice for the price range and clean. I was surprised at how nice it was.

No hypoallergenic pillows. I am allergic to down and had to buy a foam pillow. There were construction crews staying here and one of them left their truck in reverse for about 5 minutes at 5 am. The beeping made it impossible to sleep.

Parking was a mess, they were booked full and some people had yo park next to the hotel. Bathroom needed upgrading. And curtains falling down.

The bed sheets had stains on them and when my technician complained, the hotel staff did not rectify the issue. The front desk gave him a hard time and that made his business stay very uncomfortable.

Bathtub looked disgusting and walls looked like they never get wiped down, there was stains on them. Ceiling had a hole that look like a poor job in patching up. Sheets probably were clean but had stains on them also.

It was a horrible experience and the cleanliness of the rooms has gone down since our last visit. Very disappointed in lack of caring or communication about having to place me in a different hotel when we all wanted to be together during this difficult time. They also asked my brother to leave room as he got it as they planned to book room to someone else. Will never stay there again.

They overbooked and they informed me that they had booked a different room at another hotel separating me from my family. We were in town for my moms funeral. No call no nothing.My brothers room had blood on the bed. Had to argue to get room switched.

Very dirty. Dirty linens. sewage smell coming from shower drain.
