The hotel employee in the front lied about a complaint i made, never made a report. The hotel was roach infested

The lady who works the front desk was rude. On Google, it says free parking but when I arrived it's about $9 a day to park. She told me it's first come first serve, but if I left to go out for dinner I am risking losing my parking spot. Will not return

In the room I had there was an entire kitchen space, though only a microwave and mini fridge were in there, but the space was big with a table and could be really useful for someone who come prepared to use it. If I had an air fryer or electric cooktop!

Parking is $9.95/night and there were no spaces available

The cleanliness of the hotel the staff and breakfast.

Service, clean. TV has many channels, hot water, towels. They clean the room excellent. It's might be a 2 star rating, but it's a 10 star excellent service.

Rooms inside were okay.

No parking, all kinds of weird smell due to construction and otherwise.. Very much a cheap motel type of feeling..

Tv would not turn off Suppose to change sheets after 3 days, did not Ther was a crack around the door

Worst hotel ever

Rude front desk staff, Holes on the door, patches on the wall, old stinky dirty carpet that makes sense your bare foot dirty. Outdated, they gave me down stair room . I couldn't sleep because of the walking noise coming from upstairs an upstairs room.

Catherine carpet is looking dirty and wet. Water was dripping from the heating device and wet my sister?s shoes. The front desk didn?t give me a feeling of welcome from her face.

I didn?t like how I got charged $10 deposit when I checked in the hotel, when I book full online and the guy said we would get it back if there was no damages. But there was damage to the room when we got there thank god I took pictures before hand

There were roaches, it smelled bad, the shower was dirty and outdated. The place overall was bad and was expecting to be in a hotel and not an inn for the price I had paid. It was bad

The hotel is in a safe environment, the breakfast is good, they have free WiFi, hot water, a TV, and an AC

They charged 250 dollars for smoking. They advertised smoking rooms. I thought i got a smoking room.
