Got a handicap room #301 the worst room in the hotel. Bathroom sucks, refrigerator did not work. Outlay was horrible. Bathroom counter sucks. If I knew I was getting this room A motel 6 kis better.

It was cool they had a little happy hour

Middle elevator was broke. Room was dirty. No shampoo or conditioner for 2 days

Beautiful room. Staff was VERY helpful. I needed a wheelchair and they helped me from my car to my room

The staff is always friendly, the breakfast is the best around. Clean and welcoming environment.

Nice hotel, good size rooms, good location, hot breakfast

We booked 2 rooms, requested 2 connecting rooms 5 days before arrival. Rooms were not available at 4pm (check in) time, request for connecting rooms were ignored and denied when asked. Room were not available until 6pm. Front desk staff were not courteous

Everything is very clean room. Breakfast is an excellent meal.

I saw a picture of swimming pool and hot spa after that I went there is no hot spa at all also need some more heat for warm in swimming pool.

The beds was very comfy. Got a great night's sleep. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options and love the fresh made omelets.

Happy hour was horrible. Drinks were poorly made, not a lot of options, serving size were miniature cups. Got there about 20 min after it started and all the snacks were gone. Very disappointing. They should just cancel this part of your stay.

I liked everything about the hotel. The room was comfortable, the hot breakfast was very enjoyable, and the hotel was central to everywhere I needed to be.

Only TV that worked was in the bedroom with only 2 channels. The one in the living room area didn't work and you had to pay for wifi

My room was very warm and musty and smelled like old cigarettes. The windows didn't crack and the air conditioner did not cool the room.

The room was spacious and very clean.

The windows are thin, and I could hear loud highway noise. I lost food (cream cheese) because the refrigerator froze it, and it was ruined. I could not get the thermostat to work, so I was cold.

It is convenient to my activities. The breakfasts are great and the dinner options are perfect for me. I always stay here when I go to Silicon Valley.

It is a bit expensive

The welcoming staff member was gracious and helpful. Everyone else was also good.

I was a little surprised this wasn¿t the typical Embassy Suites architecture with the beautiful courtyard, but it was fine.
