Best Western University Inn Santa Clara

Convenient for Santa Clara activities.

Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Room maintenance was limited to making bed and emptying the trash bin.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast

Refrigerators in room have a water torture drip. Different rooms, different nights, same drip. Solved by turning offf the fridge, but annoying.

Air conditioning and bed was very comfortable and best of all great breakfast but could have lasted till 11am instead of 10am

Sink positioned by bathroom weird place by bathroom entering and exiting

Location, continental breakfast, and competitive price.

Breakfast was great! Parking was easy and the motel is in a great location.

The location to the Levi stadium.

The room odor was musty and stuffy until we ran the fan.

The location was centrally located to every place I needed to be.

I thought the room lacked cleanliness. I suspect it was the mustiness of the AC unit above the sink but the room smelled dank and unclean.

Dirty and broke down. Bathroom sink cracked. Ceiling light in bathroom cracked and falling down. Several lights in room not working. Carpet in public areas was filthy with lots of spills and spots. 1 star at best

Clean looks like pictures posted on website friendly staff decent complementary breakfast overall great place to stay plenty of places to eat nearby shopping with in miles of hotel

Off the top of my head nothing worth noting

the location

The walls are too thin. I could hear intimacy in the room next to us, not pleasant.

What I like about the hotel was, it's locations to restaurants and places to shop.

there was a spider web in one of corners of the room and the remote control didn't work properly.

Beautifully managed, excellent reception, beautiful room, excellent bed, awesome work out room, the pool is sparkling, and breakfast was fabulous! A++++ When I checked out? The front desk remembered my first name. I traveled alone and felt very safe.

I loved everything.

The room was very spacious, clean and the area was nice and quiet. The staff was very attentive.

The breakfast and pool were closed but it was due to covid. I was not able to use or get Best Western Rewards.

Nice place except walls are paper thin guy upstairs alarm kept going off and waking me up all night

Walking distance to the beach.

The hotel is on a corner with a lot of traffic. The only place to eat in walking distance closes at 2 pm.

Fitness room was nice & so was the breakfast.

Water did not drain from tub when taking a shower, so i was standing in water.

Clean. Tidy. Non-smoking.

This was a nice updated hotel in a good location. I felt safe there. The free breakfast was good.

I liked everything.

Looks like the room I stayed was recently renovated. No complaints except for the horrible paint smell.

Location of the hotel.
