Location to University and amenities. Quaint and clean

Staff was very attentive and kept everything, including the breakfast area, very clean and organized .

There should be a holiday inn sign somewhere near the entrance from the parking lot. The main entry is facing the parking lot but there is not a holiday and sign on that side of the building. Even just a small little sign would be helpful.

The cleanliness and decor were above what I expected for a Holiday Inn Express. My daughter LOVED the freshly backed cookies at night and the pancake machine at breakfast. Your breakfast attendant was very nice and truly tuned in to guest service.

First impression of the hotel was the very strong smell of pinesol in the lobby. Not goodThe staff was pleasant. We didn't use any of the facilities other than the morning breakfast.That was good. For what we paid. 199.00 for one night I expected a little nicer hotel. We were ground floor & person above us kept us up late. Then the person next door did the same.10pm & could hear staff talking real loud in the lobby. Don't expect a good night sleep.

I liked how clean and quiet it was. Also parking was very easy and breakfast was excellent! Great place to stay with family.

Great breakfast and very kind staff. I feel safe ans silent in the hotel. Location is not bad, but you need a car. It is very small and cozy hotel.

I loved the location close to Santana Row and restaurants, and the hotel lobby/breakfast was very clean.

I found a pair of men's underwear in one of the drawers in my room, which was gross.

Nice staff , clean rooms, and very accommodating. we needed an early check-in. Since we we have a 2 year old traveling with us.

Breakfast room was small but adequate, Breakfast itself was adequate for our needs. Onsite parking was good. Only problem we had was the presence of two Holiday Inns in Santa Clara which meant we ended up in a different hotel to our relatives

Construction all down the hallway on the other side with a bad smell of blue or something gives two of us headaches. We had two rooms. Construction should not be allowed like that. They should close that wing.

There was construction right across from our rooms. There was a smell that gave us headaches and nauseous going down the hallway. They should not do construction near anybody’s rooms.
