The hotel is in a good location. The things I did not like were: the very poor customer service, they refused to change some wet sheets on our second night, we had to sleep on them.

They had bugs and I got bitten badly I have pictures and I complained to staff on site

Yes. The dude was rude, could not find our booking. Made us wait almost 45 mins till he found it.

Nice affordable and well furnished room (outstanding bed!). Staff shows sincerity in wanting guests to have a great stay, and go the extra mile. Any small request was met with a cooperative and willing spirit. I'm very happy with Hotel E Real!

Convenient location, congenial and professional staff, affordable rates, outstanding bed/matress. Coffeemaker, hairdryer, microwave and mini-fridge in room. Everything in perfect working condition. Room clean. I'll definitely stay again.

I can easily smell cigarette smoke from guys outside and they were loud. Also at the time of checking out I felt I was getting rushed to leave the room. Also, a staff open the door at me. 30 min before checking out. 5 min before checking out woul be good

No. Did have minor issue, but staff showed immediate concern and it was quickly resolved. Staff shows concern for their guests.

I ended up having a severe allergic reaction to dust mites. Woke up with my throat closing up and had to leave at 3AM and swallow a Benadryl asap.

The TV doesn¿t work well and it doesn¿t have many channels. I¿ve booked a room every Friday for the past 10 years. But if it doesn¿t have cable or satellite, I¿m looking elsewhere. Fridge doesn¿t work.

staff was rude. We asked for extra towels and toilet paper, because we were running out and they refused. We needed to ask a few times before they gave in.

the coffee machine was not working and there was no heater in bathroom and it was very cold in there .

I experienced really bad noise at 2:40am, so I could not sleep because of loud noise. People were talking very loudly at the door where I stayed. It was horrible experience.

The re in NOTHING good about this place! stay away!

The room next to mine had drug dealers selling out of their room ALL night and ALL morning. I did not get any sleep due to their constant noise and they had a dog that barked, Terrible experience!! i informed front desk who did nothing to stop this!

Some of the rooms have a very large flat screen tv and ours was one of them.

I accidentally left some xmas gifts behind and when i realized they were missing 2 days after we checked out, i called the hotel and they told me they were holding onto them for me and just so happened to throw it out earlier that day. Yeah right.
