Cons -
- The room was advertised as cozy but it was even smaller than expected, especially given the price. It would have been hard for 2 people to stay in the room. The room had a bad sweer type smell. The room had no coffee and no iron. Depressing view.

- The standard Cozy suite is SO TINY. Efficient use of space and high ceilings help, but the sleeping/living area is VERY small. The lot on Haley does not limit how many cars can park there, so you are not guaranteed a spot if you leave and come back later.

Great location, very walkable. Great coffee shop in the lobby; we had a very good pourover coffee and matcha. Nice, modern rooms but pay attention to sq footage. Some rooms are TINY. Prepare for a small space, or book one of the bigger rooms if you can.
