It is a wonderful location and a great hotel.

Cons -

It took over 30 minutes to get into my hotel room because the keys that I was given didn't work. I had to wait for maintenance to get me into the room. It took over 20 minutes to get warm water in shower. There was no hot water available.
I didn't like that I had to make reservations the same day, but that was not something the hotel did.
This hotel has always been very cheap in their M Lounge offerings and amenities. The internet is terrible.

Good meeting rooms. Our individual room was very nice with small balcony, overlooking redwood trees, and had a nice couch - very roomy & comfortable.

That they only had one dining room and it was not always open and when it was, it was understaffed.
