The woman at the desk was very friendly and gave us great info about the area. The room was clean and nicely arranged with the larger area since we had the king bed. Great location for walking to downtown.

The hotel was in walking distance to downtown. It was a great price for a no frills, clean hotel room. The man at the counter was very nice a gave a lot of good recommendations for restaurants.

The hotel is located near downtown which is convenient for those who enjoy downtown San Luis Obispo.

The facility is old and sound proofing is below average. The room is very small. The hotel charges $50/hour for check out after 11AM. No breakfast for guests.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable.

You can check in early for $25.00. We just wanted to leave our bags so they let us leave them there by the desk. You can have late check out for $50.00 an hr. We didn't ask for either.

I liked who I was with

I got charged $250 for my friend throwing up on sheets/pillowcases. As if the ones given to us were perfectly clean when they already had stains. As soon as I was leaving they charged me it which made it worse. I definitely won¿t be coming back here.

Staff was friendly, room and bathroom were clean, AC and shower worked. Pretty much all I'm looking for in a hotel.

Everything there was very clean and remodeled with new bathrooms. The bedding was superb.

We didn't love that we were right next to the laundry room, so there was a cart parked in front of our door for most of our visit. We understand that it's necessary, but it was a little loud, starting fairly early on a weekend. Otherwise, a good stay!

From check-in to check-out, I had a very negative experience here. Very inexperienced staff and management. Was blamed for having a poor credit card (the truth was that their machines were malfunctioning). Only good thing is the location.
